Great for cravings and very useful to stop you reaching for a cigarette. The fruit flavour has a quick punch but quickly dissappears to leave a bitter nicotine taste to chew on.

Testing
I enjoyed the flavour. Sometimes with certain nicorete chewing gums they give me heartburn. This one was nice and didn't do that.

Amazing results

Really helpful when craving a cigarette.
These are really helpful for when craving a cigarette I love the flavour and I am now on 2weeks without a cigarette would probably recommend starting on the 4mg then reduce to 2mg

NRT therapy
The gum seemed to work OK. It’s a bit of an acquired taste but I got used to it after a while. It definitely reduced my cravings though it didn’t remove them. I’ll continue with these.

Nicotine gum
I found the taste of nicotine gum to be quite nice and it did help with cravings but I found that afterwards my tongue felt a little bit sore. I found the gum to be harsh on my taste buds but the benefits made it bearable if it means less smoking. I would recommend persevering with the gum as the effects on the tongue do lessen over time. Good for people who want to quit fast but it still requires determination.

Tasteless after a bit
Chewed for about 10 minutes before the flavour actually went. I got rid of it then when I had another craving had another and the same thing happened. Great taste when I could taste it.

Nice fruity flavour
