Really helped me cut down and got rid of my craving on smoking and I will keep using it until till I can hopefully stop completely . Nice flavour would really recommend if your trying to quit of stop smoking

Nicorrette 2mg gum
I’ve tried the 2mg gum and the 4mg gum. The 4mg is very hard. The 2mg is better and softer. You chew it and then let it rest in your cheek, then chew and rest in the other cheek. It takes the craving away. However I’m not quite sure if it’s just a distraction or if it actually works. I’d say it’s with a go if you’re committed to cut down smoking or attempting to completely stop.

Helped massively!
I found these really helped and eased cravings away from a vape pen. I felt instantly less agitated and could continue my day as usual! I also used on a plane which helped massively for a long trip.

Excellent!
After 30 years of less than a pack a day I tried this gum (the patch, cold turkey, worked for a period of time) and I have to say it works well in that it eliminates the desire, quickly. I have limited my use to six pieces a day and I generally have the urge when I would normally take a break at work - really seems to take the craving away and I'm getting a lot more work done, for sure! Stick with it - I'm about to wean off (hopefully) using regular sugar-free gum as a substitute. Good luck!
