They irritated my stomach so wouldn’t use again. Although can see why others use them especially as decently priced and readily available

Love how I feel
Having got slight addicted to needing these every day as almost a pick me up as I loved how I felt so energised, I didn’t realise an ingredient in them was irritating my bladder causing issues, however , I now just use as and when rather than routinely and much better! Don’t be alarmed by the way it makes your urine illumines
