Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine per day. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those nursing/breast feeding.

The best
As soon I received I was delighted with the small handy tube which is great when you are busy and on the go I have always suffered with tierdness but this really helped me so much and lifted my energy levels completely I have heard of this brand before and it lives up to its ecxpectations it was a blessing to use tasted great and made me feel wonderful

Healthier energy boost than coffee
I tried these vitamin and energy boost tablets for a week. They are a tablet that you add to water and they produce a vibrant orangey-red, fizzy drink. The flavour that they produced tasted quite artificial and not like a pleasant fizzy orange drink, but it was drinkable. These contain caffeine so soon after drinking you do get a good burst of energy and you do feel that they are working! I’m not sure that they did anything for my immune system though as near the end of my trialling them, I came down with a sore throat. Overall, I feel these are good when you want a boost of energy and would like a healthier alternative to a cup of coffee.

Great product to boost energy
Beroccca boost are energy food supplements and after using it for few weeks, my energy level was higher, concentration was better and I was very Physically active after using them. Tiredness and fatigue were no more. Recommending this product to family and friends

Sadly not for me. Although the benefits are good, I found this extremely hard to consume due to the taste. I much prefer a capsule form

Tasty vitamins
These are a great source of daily vitamins as well as a little energy booster! They are so easy, you just add a tablet to a glass of water. There are so many vitamins in one glass, including B & C vitamins.

Amazing product! helps give me a boost in the morning has a nice orange flavour to it! Helps me feel for energized and awake in the morning and has stopped me taking energy drinks in the morning as i take these instead

These are perfect for a little boost when you're feeling a little run down. I also use these when I've drank a lot the night before, they help with recovery and rehydration my body.

Great for an energy boost and to make sure you get your daily vitamins. Flavour is okay and they dissolve quickly. Only thing I found alarming was having fluorescent wee when you go to the toilet but that's a common side effect of some vitamins in there

A winter product
Every winter do we get these. My daughter works in a primary school and me a nurse. We always caught all the infections from kids and patients until we found these. Since taking them for the past 2 winters post covid we both feel the benefits of boosting our immune system. Great vitamins and tasty too. Now my elderly mum has just started them too.

I always liked these
I love Berocca. They have a mango flavour one and it’s my favourite. The longer you take you can see a different in your skin. I started using this after my partner said how good his skin felt after taking these for about 4-6 months. I love it. Easy to keep it in my hand bag.
