Do not exceed 400mg of caffeine per day. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those nursing/breast feeding.

The best
As soon I received I was delighted with the small handy tube which is great when you are busy and on the go I have always suffered with tierdness but this really helped me so much and lifted my energy levels completely I have heard of this brand before and it lives up to its ecxpectations it was a blessing to use tasted great and made me feel wonderful

Healthier energy boost than coffee
I tried these vitamin and energy boost tablets for a week. They are a tablet that you add to water and they produce a vibrant orangey-red, fizzy drink. The flavour that they produced tasted quite artificial and not like a pleasant fizzy orange drink, but it was drinkable. These contain caffeine so soon after drinking you do get a good burst of energy and you do feel that they are working! I’m not sure that they did anything for my immune system though as near the end of my trialling them, I came down with a sore throat. Overall, I feel these are good when you want a boost of energy and would like a healthier alternative to a cup of coffee.

Great product to boost energy
Beroccca boost are energy food supplements and after using it for few weeks, my energy level was higher, concentration was better and I was very Physically active after using them. Tiredness and fatigue were no more. Recommending this product to family and friends

Sadly not for me. Although the benefits are good, I found this extremely hard to consume due to the taste. I much prefer a capsule form

Really works
We always have a tube of Berocca in the house. It really does give an energy boost. Whenever I feel too tired I use it. The flavours are great too. I usually buy the orange flavour but the Berry isn't bad either.

Love theses
I have theses everyone morning, they taste great and for someone that suffers with an under active thyroid fatigue can be an issue. They definitely give me that energy boost and I can really feel a difference when I haven’t had it. They are a part of my morning routine now

Great especially the morning after
I love these, especially when feeling under the weather. Also great for hangovers, getting you back on your feet. They dissolve really well and taste great, these are a staple in our medicine cupboard.
