The Art of Shaving Lavender Shaving Cream

The foam shave takes a while to foam up. It does feel good and makes shaving easier with a smoother razor glide. If the cream is left too long in one spot it does begin to dry out and then need to reapply. By too long I mean about 10-30 seconds.

The Art of Shaving's Shaving cream is more thick than alot of the other brands I have used prior allowing your shave to go smoother withbless worry if knicking or cutting yourself. It smells absolutely amazing as well. Very calming. I would definitely recommend to all in need of a great shaving cream as it does the job right the first time without hesitation!

I was confused about the hype surrounding the Art of Shaving, so I was very excited to try this lavender scented shaving cream. I give it five stars all the way from its rich cleaning foam to it's decadent smell and lubrication abilities. This product is well worth it's cost and works perfectly with the art of shaving brush.

I used this shaving cream for over two weeks now. I am so far enjoying the product. It has a subtle Lavander smell to it. It is very easy and quick to lather and is very foamy when I used a brush to apply. My skin is somewhat dry and sensitive. I had previously had issues with other shaving creams but didn't irritate me at all.

this is a really nice shaving cream . it goes perfectly with the whole shaving line and helps a lot with shaving as closely as it can get. it made the skin soft so the razor can glide is smoothly as it can. i recommend it very much

I have used this product a few times now and it has really helped me from getting razor burn and bumps. It also keeps my skin feeling smooth and moisturized after shaving.

The Art of Shaving cream is moisturizing, has a good scent and gets the job of shaving done. It did not cause any bumps in the skin or any adverse reaction

The lather is creamy and very rich. It adheres well and gives a smooth, even coating on your face. It is quite thick and does not require an excess of lather to get a nice coating.

The shave gel, especially when used with the brush, gave me the closest shave I've ever had and I really didn't use that much of the product so I know it will last a while.

I liked this product and appreciate that there are no synthetic fragrances and there's a choice to be fragrance free with the company. I noticed kind of a film/ grippy/ stripped feeling after using this product. Nothing too unbearable but noticeable. Otherwise I think it's an ok product. Probably wouldn't purchase again

The shaving cream is good for shaving and definitely helps with my skin type. The only thing I didn't particularly care for is instead of a lavender smell or scent it definitely had the smell of noxzema. Almost a medicinal I smell.

The appearance of the shave cream was very nice. I was really surprised that with some hot water it turned into a luscious lather that felt really nice. It applied so easily and felt great. I got a really close shave.

This is by far the best and most luxurious shaving cream I’ve had the pleasure to try. First off the lavender scent will spoil and refresh your skin and senses. It’s tailored to just treat you and not overpower. Nobody but you will get the French lavender aromatherapy, it makes me feel special, while keeping it to myself. The shave cream has elevated my shaving routine from a chore to a whole new welcomed experience. It cools the face and a little goes a long way. It creates an almost paste like mask which prepares your facial hair for a great shave. I’ve noticed absolutely no tugging or multiple passes to remove my facial hair. My razor glides in unison with the cream and I hardly feel I’m shaving, but the results are fantastic. I’ve never had such a close shave with a supple feeling face after shaving until I started using The Art Of Shaving French Lavender Shave Cream. I’ve had zero skin irritation.
