Great alone or with pre-workout mix.
Works great and noticed my boxing workouts would go longer before any fatigue sets in. This is a great addition to any pre-workout mix you already take or just by itself. When you feel the tingle surging through your veins you know its on!

Getting Back into Shape

I am so happy that Now Sports makes Beta Alanine Powder! It is a wonderful product for us that are active on a daily basis. I build muscle 5 days a week and while using this powder I have noticed that I am able to workout harder and longer than ever before! Made my stomach feel bad

Great Supplement-reduces muscle fatigue
This is a good supplement to take when working out. I add it to my protein shake (chocolate) and you can barely taste the difference, but it definitely makes you go further when working out. At times I do feel a mild tingling sensation that subsides over time. I take half a teaspoon in the morning and then in the evening before my workout. It helps a lot

Gives extra boost!!
NOW sports Beta Alanine Powder gives me an extra boost,good burst of energy. I add 1tsp of this powder in my favorite protein shake and honestly can tell that it helps me get an extra reps with my exercise, it increased my strength and endurance. Great product!!
