Faulty Product Received?
I have used amino acids in the past, as well as another brand beta-alanine powder. This stuff actually gave me a stomach ache. The container says, "Pure Powder". But the contents looks crystalized, definitely not in powder form. Maybe i received a faulty product? The container was properly sealed, so i tried it and thought the "Pure Powder" label was just marketing? Plus, I've used supplements from this brand in the past with successful results. I can't recommend this particular product, after my current experience.

Satisfaction
This product is great! It provides me with more endurance when I am lifting weights and I have noticed that I can get in a few more reps until failure compared to when I was not taking it. It is great because I have started making my own preworkout and by buying the ingredients separately I can control the dosage and get the proper dosage to see results. Most supplement companies have "proprietary blends" and you don't know how much of each supplement is in the serving or it is greatly under the recommended dosage amount.

Now sports beta-alanine powder
It is a good type of antioxidant and immunity booster supplement. During initial days it’s causes stomach upset but may be each body reacts to supplement and vitamins differently. I tried it for whole week, but I am thinking to use it for whole month to see proper results.

Quality product, just high standards.
Although I felt the Alanine Powder did increase my energy and endurance, I was not overly excited about this product. As an athletic person who is very active, I was looking to a new product to get me excited. The taste of the powder was better than I have had in comparison to other additive powders for sports drinks. However, some competitors powder dissolves a bit better. I felt the powder was grainy and thick which I thought was weird because it is a fine powder. I also thought it was a bit strong. I added more liquid and less powder to thin it out a bit. It was not overly exciting but I was impressed with the effects of the powder.

Great non essential addition to supps
I had never used Beta Alanine before, however after taking it the past few weeks, I can definitely see why people would want to add it to their daily supplements. I did see, when taking Beta Alanine, that I was able to push myself just a little bit harder when working out, pushing the muscle fatigue farther out. The extra reps and longer intensities provided by taking Beta Alanine, combined with the other supplements I take, did have a positive impact on my muscle and endurance growth.

Absolutely amazing
I took this about 30 minutes before my work out. Let me tell you, I felt like I could work out much longer not only that, I could feel the blood just engorge my muscle for an epic pump. Absolutely amazing.

I take this product on days i don't take my preworkout and so far so good. It does give me the tingly sensation like a lot of other beta alanine powders. Definitely less fatigue than usual. However I do feel uncomfortable sometimes maybe its a side effect or something but it goes away so can't complain too much about it. Good value for the price i would say.

NOW Sports Beta Alanine Powder is a great product for muscle recovery and growth after intense workouts and is perfect for body-builders and athletes. I tried this supplements after my workouts and have noticed my muscles being less wore and faster recovery times with less muscle aches. I can see significant gains in my muscles and feel good everyday I take this product. The taste is decent and can go well with any beverage. From skeptic to enthusiast!
I have to admit prior to COVID-19, I was feeling lethargic and not interested in working out or lifting weights. Since I am now spending more time at home, I've gotten back into exercising regularly and lifting weights again. I was very impressed with the energy this product gave me and it made me feel like I could lift weights for much longer than I typically can. The price point is very reasonable for this product so I will likely buy it again. Furthermore, I feel like this bottle will last me a while as you don't need a lot to feel results. I would definitely recommend this!
