Awesome hydration
There are so many products out there like this. I have found that liquid iv makes you feel better faster especially when you are dehydrated. I buy this, popsicle firecracker and strawberry flavors for my daughter. I buy sugar free lemon lime for me. It tastes so good that it’s easy to drink when you are feeling run down.

Great for Hydration
Definitely hydrates but the tastes is awful. It’s overly sweet and tastes like a simply syrup.

Great taste and resukts
I’m an avid runner and for the past year I’ve been taking the Liquid IV instead of drinking Gatorade or similar drinks. I can say that the product is very concentrated and I’ve been using half of the pack each time but still with same great results of feeling super hydrated and avoiding cramps. Recovery time has also improved significantly. Highly recommend!!

Wow a life saver!!!!!!
My better half has diabetes and gets very ill and to the point he feels like he just isn’t going to make it. I buy these for him and he says he can’t live without them. They give him life. I have tried them and well and I agree a lifesaver! Get them you won’t regret the purchase.

Passion Fruit hydration
I’m not a huge fan of passion fruit, but I trust Liquid IV. So, I gave the flavor a try. It’s pretty good. Not too overwhelming, just a nice blend to add to the hydration factor.

Needs more flavor
I love the Liquid IV drink packets. I wish they tasted better. Almost tastes like watered down. I do like that they have a children's version, the grape is really good. Hydrates better than Gatorade or Powerade. I love you can find them in just about any store versus just Amazon.

Did not really care for the taste
I really wanted to like this flavor of LiquidIV because it has such a great combination of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes, which are great at helping keep you hydrated. Unfortunately, this flavor had a strange chemical taste and is salty. I get that electrolyte beverages have to contain sodium, but think it could’ve been covered up a little better.

Great at keeping me well hydrated
I absolutely love Liquid IV and the passion fruit flavor is one of my favorites! It’s easy, convenient and can be used on the go with just a bottle of water! I definitely recommend this to everyone! Just remember you are only supposed to drink one per day. It’s so yummy that you might be tempted to drink more, but it isn’t advised to do so.

Excellent flavor
The passion fruit is good. The lemon/lime is excellent. It hydrates and is good when I'm on the go. Easy to pack and go.

Taste great
I have POTS and have to take electrolytes daily. I have tried next to everything. Liquid IV was recommended to me by my doctor. I finally broke down and got some. I really enjoy the taste, a lot! I just wish they were a little cheaper.

Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte Drink Mix Passion Fruit tastes pretty good and works well for hydrating. These are really easy to pack and take to work or sporting events.

Keeps me hydrated
The Liquid IV Hydration drink mixes are effective at keeping me hydrated and giving me a boost of energy. I like that they come in a variety of flavors and even sugar free options. I personally find the passion fruit flavor a bit too sweet.

Good!
This liquid iv is good! I feel hydrated after finishing a packet but some flavors just arent as tasty as others. I think i would just be careful in which flavor i pick but it does its job
