Liquid IV.
I had a sample of Liquid IV from an expo I attended and used it one morning to try and cure a hangover. Not only did it help me become hydrated faster, it replenished a bunch of vitamins. The flavor wasn't all that great but it was better than trying to drink plain water.

Love it great taste
I was lucky enough to received this complimentary hydration multiplier electrolyte drink mix from Liquid I.V, 1st time trying it, I tried the Lemon Lime not bad, the taste is actually like a lemonade, is great after a night of mixed drinks or too many also perfect for your post practice/workout or just if you need a little boost in your day, week, Liquid IV keeps you hydrated. Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier in Passion Fruit flavor is a game changer for staying hydrated. I feel like this product enables your body to be more hydrated by allowing your body to retain hydration better via speedy delivery of electrolytes.

Somewhat hydrating
Liquid iv does help slightly when I’m feeling dehydrated but I don’t feel like it makes a huge difference. The taste is very sweet and also kind of salty so it’s a little difficult to drink.

I’m an avid user of electrolyte products
And I find liquid IV to be subpar. There is always an aftertaste left on my tongue, and I just don’t love that

Too sweet
Although this product has good benefits, I still feel unhealthy because of the sugar in the product. I like that it helps with a hangover when I drink it before going to bed after a night of drinking, I feel yucky for drinking something so sweet late at night.

Good taste and flavor, not too salty. Easy to mix, just add a packet to your water and mix. Our family likes it.

A new delicious flavor for Hydration
I love the IV hydration products, and I think they’re so beneficial for you. Especially during the hot summer months when the heat gets really high and you can get dehydrated so fast! I really enjoyed this passionfruit flavor! It was such a unique taste experience, and I will definitely buy this flavor again!

BLUE COTTON CANDY
Out of all the electrolyte drink mixes, this is my families favorite. It works fast and it tastes GREAT. Easy to mix and does not leave mix at the bottom of the water. It works fast to replace lost hydration from workouts illnesses. I would recommend this brand above the rest

TANGERINE HYDRATION MULTIPLIER +IMMUNE
Our whole family enjoys Liquid IV! We brought this along for our recent vacation, and we believe it helped us stay hydrated and boosted our immune system. The flavor is delicious, but a bit strong. It mixes very well. I especially liked that there was no weird aftertaste. My only complaint is you can only have one a day! Overall great product.

Strong Flavors!
Not only happy about this specific flavor, but all of the Liquid I.V. flavors have been so good and strong! I sometimes use half a packet in a full water bottle and I usually take one packet a day! Best form of hydration I’ve had :)

Tropical flavor
I started trying Liquid IV when I was pregnant with twins for extra hydration. I was hesitant because of my nausea but I gave it a go. I have never been happier to try a product. I was definitely hydrated, it tasted amazing and lastly It reminds me of my Caribbean roots.

Excellent for XC training
This is my go-to whenever I’m training or a running a marathon. I’ve tried several flavors from Liquid I.V. but I haven’t found one that I truly enjoy by itself. The passion fruit flavor is probably my favorite. Pro tip: mix one packet of Liquid I.V. and one packet of crystal light and it’s AMAZING!! I do think it’s worth mentioning that the powder doesn’t dissolve completely when mixed with water. I ended up investing in a blender bottle so I can easily mix the contents when it starts to settle at the bottom.
