Taste awful
If you can get past the taste then it's a great product for hydration. It just taste awful and I don't reach for it because of that. If they made it taste better it would be great.

Works so well!!
My doctor suggested this product to me and it works so well. Better than any other electrolyte drinks on the market. I love the sugar free version too!

Not bad, but too salty
Overall, the product is effective at hydrating, but the taste is a little too salty and artificial. It does what it says but I don't reach for it as much as I might need to due to the taste

Tastes alot better than other electrolyte mix options. I used to buy them in every flavor. Refreshing, not overpowering or gross, highly recommend. While it's not necessarily what plants crave, it's a must-have for humans.

A little sweet to the taste!
I love flavored electrolytes, and often buy this particular brand, but I am confused by the cloyingly sweet taste, I would like a little less sweetness in the flavor, and so perfect passion fruit flavor, and good composition and percentages of electrolytes.

Gets the job done
Kinda minerally tasting (due to the electrolytes), but if you have a bit of the ol' hangover, this will sure do the trick. Nothing gets you feeling right after a long night out then a black coffee and a liquid I.V., let me tell ya

Great for Daily Hydration, but pricey..
I picked up a bulk pack of these to use once per day. The range of flavors are excellent, taste great, and provide adequate hydration for a person who is chronically dehydrated. Unfortunately, these are just too expensive to use daily.

This works.
This does work really well if you have issues staying hydrated and it also helps after a night of drinking alcoholic beverages. It also works well if you are sick and just need to get back to feeling not so groggy. It's definitely a pick me up for your system.

The Best Flavored Electrolyte Mix
Liquid IV is consistently the best flavored electrolyte mix on the market. They test fresh and fruity and the ingredients are actual electrolytes unlike some brands that are just flavor packets

Must Have with POTS
As someone with some chronic health concerns (a lot actually), it’s really important for me to keep super hydrated and have extra electrolytes. Liquid IV has been the best tasting and most effective hydration booster I’ve found so far.

Delicious
I actually like them a lot I have no proof that they hydrate me anymore than other drinks but they taste good after drinking them back to back still and they do seem to keep me hydrated they make me go to the bathroom all throughout the day.

Game Changer
I dislike drinking plain water so my body is often dehydrated. No matter how hard I’ve tried to drink water I’m lucky if I drink two 16 ounce bottles in a day. Liquid IV has been a game changer helping me to stay hydrated. One stick contains 3 times the electrolytes of leading sports drinks with 8 vitamins and nutrients for faster hydration. It’s easy to use and I love the convenience of being able to take a packet with me when I’m on the go. The passion fruit flavor is so satisfying and my favorite. I also like that it’s sugar free since I’m working on lowering my sugar intake. It’s a delicious way to nourish my body and stay hydrated.
