Not for me
I received this product for free in return of my honest opinion: I was excited to try these capsules, I'm not over weight but I'd love to manage my weight a bit better and I'd like to not get any heavier than I am now. First off, these capsules are pretty huge to me. It was kind of tough getting them down and when I finally did it felt like they were stuck in my throat. I didn't feel full, just uncomfortable due to the capsules size. About 30 mins after taking the capsules I felt so hungry, which I thought was a bit weird. I ate the same amount of food, if not more than usual. I figured it was just a coincidence, maybe I was just hungry... Next day, the same thing, super hungry after taking them. I completed all 90 capsules and I'm a few pounds heavier than I was when I first started the capsules. They didn't make me feel any less full, they made me hungry. And very uncomfortable to swallow.

Curb my appetite
I have trouble losing weight and was very interested in trying this product. It requires you to take 3 capsules once or twice daily a little before a meal. Instructions indicate you should drink this with at least 8 oz of water. Between the water and these capsules, I definitely start each meal not feeling as hungry. I would definitely say I eat less now and have even lost a couple pounds the past few weeks, which isn't a lot, but more than I have in the past. If used once daily, the 90 capsules would last 30 days. For those struggling to lose weight or those wanting to suppress appetite, this is a great product.

Great Product
My overall review of the Healthy Weight Management 90 Veg Capsules was great. The capsules was not hard to swallow, it was very easy on my stomach. The capsules does reduced my appetite every time I take them before I eat. either lunch or dinner.(30 to 40 min). I do drink my protein shakes every morning for breakfast. I can say since I've been taking these capsules and watching a little what I eat I have lost 3 to 5 pounds. I know is not a lot to some people but something is something. Which I'm happy for since my weight goes up and down most of the times. So it's hard for me to stay at a steady weight. Everyone's body is different so these capsules might react differently on people. As far for me I think the capsules were great and would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to try to support weight loss.

Worked for me!
Equate Weight Management Capsules worked for me. They are easy to swallow, no taste as they were capsules. They helped me curve the urge to eat extra things that put on weight. Curved my appetite. They are Equate and they are cheaper than a name brand that does the same thing. I like that they are veg pills too. Would recommend!

It helps a modest amount
This is not a miracle pill on its own, but when combined with other lifestyle changes and portion control, it can offer some modest benefit. All it does is expand in your stomach and take up some room, which gives you early satiety when taken before a meal. If your problem is that you wolf down your food too fast, this isn't going to help unless you really slow down and pay attention to the sense of fullness in your body. But if you eat more slowly, and take time to feel what your stomach is telling you, I do think it helps you cut a few calories. Slowly and steadily cutting a few calories out of your day is always going to be better than any fad diet, but you need to be mindful about how you are eating.

I was quite skeptical of this product at first. But if it really has helped curb my appetite especially in the evening. I have a really hard time controlling my hunger at night it really did help me control my appetite and help me lose a few pounds with controlling what I eat and when I ate it really has helped a lot. Burn than fat&watch your belly go flat.
I never took any diet supplements before. I gain few extra pounds that I wanted to shed so when I received Equate Healthy Weight Management, 90 Veg Capsules, I decide to give it a try. I’m taking 3 capsules twice a day with allot of water, 45 min before meal. After taking it for a month, I'm noticing a decrease in my appetite. I’m rarely hungry now & when I eat, my portions are smaller because I'm not starving. I also started to exercise, walking, swimming & biking. In a month I lost 7lb, I need to buy more capsules for another 3 months and then hopefully I will reach my weight goal. If you want the supplements to work , you have to cut off the calorie intake & exercise.

Nighttime Snacking Done
The worst part is that you have to take 3 at time. It says to have them with a cup of water. You will need more than 8 ounces. They are not the easiest pills to swallow. Once you get them down, 30 minutes before a meal, you are set. You eat your meal and done. You are full. No dessert required. No snacking wanted. I am normally a healthy eater. Covid has turned me into sort of a night owl and I spend my evenings snacking. My snacking starts after dinner and goes to about 1 am when I get in bed. My weight has suffered. My body has suffered. My mind has suffered. These pills are the answer. I take 3 when I start making dinner. After dinner I feel thirsty. It feels like I haven't drank in days. The only thing that I can drink is water and I love it. I am starting to look and feel like my old self again.

Appetite control
I definitely noticed that they help with appetite control. They don't make me jittery at all or cause me to crash in the afternoon. I didn't really notice a big weight loss unfortunately but they do help me control my appetite.
