Equate healthy weight vegan capsules
When I started taking the equate healthy weight management capsules, and while the first couple of days I didn't really notice anything, which is typical, after about day 10 I noticed that my weight was slowly going down. I am by no means a super active person, but these still seemed to help me shed the extra pounds that I have been gaining. They seemed to upset my stomach a little bit, so I started taking them right before I went to bed, and let them work overnight. By day 20 I noticed that I had lost 5 pounds. I didn't really change my diet that much, I did stop eating greasy deep fried food as much as I did before though. I did notice that as I got closet to the 30 day mark, I wasn't eating as much in one sitting as I did before. Since I didn't really change much of my diet I think that the weight that I did lose, and feeling full faster is because of the capsules. Today after taking the capsules for 30 days, I am down a total of 8 pounds because of the capsules!

Really helps lose weight
I tend to overeat so this has helped me a lot, but I don't think it makes me hungry like I used to, so I can control my cravings for sweets and food full of fat as I am not actively foraging for food. It works, but ONLY if you are willing to put in the effort and follow the instructions correctly. Not only are the pills also you must exercise, you will not be so hungry when it comes to eating, I guarantee it. If you keep eating junk food and sit on the couch, it won't do you any good. It doesn't burn fat, it doesn't give you energy, it just curbs your appetite. Buy these pills, try them but don't let them do all the work for them, cooperate and help yourself.

Good fiber supplement
This is a good fiber supplement. I don't really think there is anything about it that especially seems to support "healthy weight management," other than it helps you feel full, as any fiber pill would. At least, there were no special benefits that I noticed, even after using this product for a month.

Full and Regular
I am always hungry, and this stuff really works! If I take it about 30 minute before a meal, I get full very quickly and can't eat everything. It also keep me full for several hours. It has also helped me stay more regular. I am very impressed with this product.

It's okay
I got to try the equate healthy weight management capsules and overall it was ok. I did lose a couple of lbs but i don't know how much of it was related to the capsules. You have to take 3 capsules, they're pretty sizable and you need to drink plenty of water with them. Take them one at a time with a glass of water with each. I experienced if i didn't take them one at a time with a full glass of water they felt like they would get stuck until i drank enough water. It didn't seem to help with my appetite but they made my bowels grumble and made me a little gassy. It definitely moved things along for bowel movements. I didn't have any really negative experience with this.
