Very helpful
I have been using them and i want to say they are very helpful. Turmeric and ginger helps your immune system and keeps away flu and colds. Also they help if you struggle with back or leg pain. Very good product.

My husband and I have been taking these for over a year and swear by them. They are decently priced and are great barrier to coughs and colds. I have found that my arthritis pain has lessened since taking these. Would not stop taking them now, we are so happy with them. The pack size is great and lasts a long time. We do take a range of mobu products

Excellent product
I use this regularly as it's really helped with my arthritis and joints. It's easy to use, and the package is resealable, so it stays fresh. The quality is excellent. I have tried some similar generic products that were cheaper. In the long run, this works better, and as I said, the powder is far superior.

Prevents Inflammation
Suffered bouts of shoulder pain it was horrendous. Bought these from Amazon as they seemed a good price. Tablets are small so easy to swallow. I would recommend this product.

Effective with long use
I found this product to be easy to take. After few weeks of use it started to be quite effective as helps open small blood vessels and improves blood flow I the body. I would recommend it.

I'm not sure
I've been using this for a while now, I'm not completely convinced there having any effect on me, I intend to finish the packet then take a break from them, and see if there's any difference that way
