great item
trying to find a decent multi vitamin to help me with the menopause too these are a great allrounder and are so easy to take and are not as big as some i have tried. they dont really taste of anything will buy again

These multi vitamins are good, they contain all the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you well and in tip top health. They come well packaged and are easy to swallow. Recommendable.

Great product
Decided to get these after reading how when we age we don't absorb vitamins and minerals the same, and being 60 decided to change what I take. Must say I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. However, I have since found a brand with the same levels of ingredients and a lot cheaper.
