Works well no longer smoke and slowly cutting out the gum but tried the four mg and that tasted revolting two mg tastes Okay also good for travel on public transport

Didn't work for me
These are good in theory for people who have the oral fixation of smoking/vaping but for me personally I didn't like the tingling sensation of the tablets - wouldn't try again.

OK but will power needed
Purchased the product hoping to stop smoking but although it was reduced from 15 to 5 a day it works out expensive and allot of will power needed. Also I did not wantvto use too many but the effects do not last long. Although reduced they do not feel like smoking, which is the time away from distractions, quiet to myself and just relaxing. Great to reduce if working to avoid irritable but not the same effect.

I have tried Nicolette microtab sublingual tables for three weeks. I didn’t smoke too much but at present I start them again.. for me didn’t work well. I recommend it to my friends and one of them stopped smoking.

It's ok. But not for me. I don't think things like tablets or gums are for me. It's just my personal opinion. I would prefer plaster, maybe. I just a thought that you having a nicotine tablet in your mouth

Help the crave
So this helped my crave but after the tablet had totally gone it left a weird after taste in my mouth which lasted ages. So this is my least favourite from the brand but was worth a try.
