KF9050BK Braun MultiServe Coffee Maker

I was most intrigued by the fact that it is a drip coffee maker that allows you to do a full pot, half pot, thermas, and a couple cup sizes . I frequently drink coffee and use a full pot in the morning and cups through the day so this was perfect for me. I like that it had a water filter and removal water compartment for easy fill and reusable filter. I would say the only thing I was bothered by is the measurments you expect from each settings compared to the amount it gives you is not accurate and I recomebd to do water trial runs so you dont waste coffee as I did. (Ex: half a pot was not actually half my pot at all) all in all I absolutely would recommend this and prefer it over my keurig.

The KF9050BK Braun MultiServe Coffee Maker was very impressive. I love the ability to use one machine as both a single-serve and a full carafe pot of coffee! It does equally well for either sizes. The water container on it is sized and balanced well so that it's much easier to fill in the sink compared to other coffee makers, and it even includes a charcoal filter! The coffee is SCA gold certified when you use a cone filter and choose the gold setting, there is no better way to brew your coffee. It ensures the absolute optimal brew time and temperature.

The coffee maker was easy to set up and the step by step directions were great and simple to follow. It brews coffee quickly and keeps it hot for a sufficient amount of time. Having the different sizes is amazing as now we don't need to brew an entire pot of coffee for one or two cups. The only complaint I had is that the amount of coffee recommended by the manufacturer to use (they provide a scoop) was excessive. We tried all three (Light, Gold & Bold) settings and it was SO strong we couldn't consume it. We then cut the amount of coffee used by half and used the light brew and it was still too strong. We have finally found that using just over a 1/4 of the grounds recommended makes a perfect pot of coffee. In the long run it will end up saving us lots of money on coffee but it really sucked wasting the amount we did while playing trial and error. Overall I would definitely recommend this coffee maker.

Part of a free trial offer. Began as a very frustrating experience as the instruction booklet is very poorly written and leaves out important steps to getting the coffee maker to work. I had to watch a YouTube video to understand the correct method to operate all the functions. I have used this everyday since I received it and the quality of coffee is a noticeable improvement. I tried all strength settings and appreciate the noticeable strength differences. The settings for water amount to achieve each quantity is again confusing and takes practice. I made a single cup (16oz coffee mug) and set it to that setting, it filled it right to the brim not allowing for any additions (milk etc.). Once you learn how to use it a very good machine but a large learning curve and patience required. Customer service was useless and just suggested returning it after my enquiries on how to operate. Glad I tried Youtube first as I am now quite happy with the product.

I also liked the countdown timer to let you know how long your coffee is still fresh. I love that it can brew various strengths and even iced coffee. The machine also looks very sleek and modern in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This coffee machine is absolutely wonderful. As soon as it was unboxed, I could see the quality that went into the making of this machine. A quick and easy setup is always nice. Went to the starter guide, cleaned as per instruction and made a pot of coffee. Nice, flavourful and quick. The timed heat feature ensured each cup was as hot as the last. The included basket is really easy to clean, and a relief that I don’t need paper filters anymore. I tried each size selection and every time, it made a perfect cup of coffee. When I hear the name Braun, I think of quality and style. This machine did not disappoint. I recommend it highly!

An awesome machine with a modern design and look. Makes hot tasty coffee. No issues getting clock or auto timer to work. Various brew size settings is a great hit. Love the removable water container. Self cleaning makes it easy to use.

Its so nice and easy to use. I can either choose from a full pot of coffee or just a cup. Its very shiny and i like that it beeps when done and keeps coffee hot longer.

This is by far the very best coffee maker I have ever used. The assortment of sizes you can brew at one time is unlike any other machine, from one small cup to a full carafe and every size in-between that you can think of. The temperature was absolutely perfect each and every time I made coffee. The coffee stayed hot in the carafe for a long time so having a break between cups is not a problem whatsoever. The machine was easy to set-up and the auto function was definitely a plus. Not that it had any effect on the coffee maker itself, but the machine is very pleasing to the eye and makes a perfect addition to any counter top.

It is pretty simple to use, fill the reservoir with water, add in the coffee grounds and press a button. The coffee scoop (included in the box) tells you exactly how many scoops of coffee to add for whatever size cup of coffee you need. It can make a small cup of coffee all the way to a entire carafe of coffee. The heating element also turns on when utilizing the carafe so it is able to keep your coffee hot. This machine is SCA certified and I must say that it DOES make a difference. Unlike other one cup machines, the coffee isn't watered down and warm, it gives you the perfect temperature coffee with the perfectly bold taste. In terms of flaws, I would say that it is a machine and it is bigger than a typical coffee machine like a Keurig so you need to have counter space. However, it does make up for the size in that it is extremely versatile and convenient.

It has a lot of options and is very fast in brewing coffee. It is easy to use and operate. It looks good and is easy to clean.

This coffee maker was exactly what I was looking for in terms of features. However can't tell you how it works as the carafe was cracked on arrival. I contacted hamilton beach about it and in days they acknowledged my request and indicated they would replace it free of charge with the caveat of having to wait 14 days for it to arrive. My hope now is that a glass carafe mailed by itself makes it to me unbroken.
