Overall, this microwave works well. It as very easy to set up, looks great on the counter, not too bulky, yet has room inside for most things you would want to cook/warm. It has all the standard features, including an add 30 sec button, which I really like. Everything I cooked in the microwave turned out fine with the average timing. It has a child lock feature where you need to press unlock before opening the door. It took me a bit to get used to it but within a few days, I remembered. There is also a way to disable the feature if you don't need it. The only downside to the microwave is it almost sounds like there is something wrong with it when it cooks. It has a weird hum. Two people commented on this when it was running. This is why I gave 4 stars.

So far I love this microwave. It has all the functions I require and more. It’s quiet and smaller than the last one I owned. It has a push button to open the door which I like and the microwave doesn’t move when you push it. It heats up my stuff super fast. It’s the perfect microwave for me!

I've been using the Hamilton Beach HB 1.1 MWO Black frequently every day for a week now and I'm very impressed. The sleek, black design goes well with most of my kitchen appliances and the spacious interior easily accommodates large plates and bowls. It heats food quickly and evenly. With 10 power levels, 2 defrost functions, and 6 preset cooking options, it's so versatile for various cooking needs. And by pressing just 1 button (instead of the usual 3 or 4), you can instantly heat food for 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. It also has a control panel lock and child safety lock, which can be activated or deactivated anytime. Speaking as a parent, these features are very helpful to prevent kids from unsupervised operation and the potential of burns when removing hot items. Overall, this Hamilton Beach microwave is a great addition to my kitchen. Highly recommended!

I received this microwave from Home Tester Club. It’s a medium sized microwave and does the job perfectly. Its heats up the food quickly and evenly as compare to my old microwave. I love the time and weight defrost option, easy to clean. The beep sound is not annoyingly loud. It doesn’t require high voltage plug, it works great on regular plug and it saves electricity. I like the child lock option. Overall, it’s a great product.

Microwave is on the smaller size, that being said it would be great for an RV/trailer or compact kitchen. I like the cooking options which make it easy to warm up leftovers to the rig temperature. It's easy for my kids to use as it's intuitive.

This Microwave oven turned out to be even better as expected! It has a pretty compact size so I'd say it would fit easily into any kitchen. I love its minimalistic and nice design, looks very modern and stylish. It's compact, so it isn't the most powerful mwo out there, but 950W is more than enough to cook, reheat or defrost anything you need. It's control panel is intuitive and easy to use. I can confidentely say this product would be a great purchase.

This is a 950 watt, 1.1 cu. ft. microwave that works as intended. I heated up a bowl of soup and it was warmed evenly within the expected amount of time. One neat feature about this microwave is the child safety lock - which is automatically engaged when the microwave is in use. As a result, you have a press a series of buttons to disengage the safety lock in order to open the door. There doesn’t seem to be a way to permanently disable this so it can be annoying for those who don’t have children in their household and don’t need this safety feature. Aesthetically, the microwave looks standard, no issues with its appearance. It would have been nicer if it were in stainless steel throughout but not a huge concern. One area that is missing in this microwave is the lack of the ability to choose the intensity of the heating preference. You can choose a function based on the food’s weight but cannot choose based on low/med/high heat.

This microwave is packed with so many great features! The childlock is excellent to add some extra saftey , especially once younger family members start to help in the kitchen and become more independent! The inclusion of a QR code for set-up instructions made getting this microwave ready a breeze. It is powerful with 10 levels and multiple specialized functions, family sized interior without added bulk.

I have been using this microwave for a week now and I couldn't be happier. The size is great! I can fit my big bowls in it and they don't scrape the sides. I love the 1 touch cooking options as well as the child safety lock feature. My 2 year old figured out how to open our old microwave so this has been an amazing feature to prevent her from getting hurt.

I received this oven for test from Home tester club. I used so many times after receiving this oven and i loved it. It works wonderfully and heat the food quickly and if you follow the instructions given in th manual you will not end up burning your food. I highly recommend this oven to you guys. It has so many options and quality is superb. Its handy and easy to clean, easy to use.

I was excited to try this Hamilton Beach microwave as my current one looks to be coming to the end of its life. There's always leftovers to be heated in my house and I was thrilled at how well this microwave did. I didn't have to over heat things just so the middle would be warm. I found the re-heating to be quite evenly distrubuted. My nephews made popcorn in it and it was probably one of the best popped bags they've had. There were only 3 or 4 kernels left unpopped. I also didn't think it was very loud compared to my last microwave, which is an absolute plus for me. If you're in the market for a new microwave, you won't go wrong with this one.
