Mom Swears by the Stuff
My mom attributes Vitamin C, and particularly Nature's Bounty to the fact that she very very rarely gets sick. It's a great supplement. Do be aware if you have iron overload that Vitamin C increases iron absorption. But on the flip, it's great for people with anemia, too!

Nature's bounty vitamin c 500mg
My husband and I have used vitamin c for several years now. After the recent immunization scare we started buying the bigger bottle and are very please. No need to rush to the pharmacy as often.

Love it in capsule form
I have problems swallowing certain pills. They just get stuck and it’s a very uncomfortable feeling. I found these at Walmart and never looked back.

Keeping the Cold at Bay!
I have used the Nature's Bounty Time released Vitamin C for two months now and have not had a cold! I believe this has been due to this daily dose of Vitamin C!

Great Suppliment
I was and have been purchasing Natures Bounty supplements for a few years now. These Vitamin C supplements are good size, with no to little harshness on your stomach (when taking them on an empty stomach - don't recommend that) Not sure about the time released as they are capsule form and that means micro beading so its the thickness of the capsule, I never noticed a difference but Each persons amount and recommended are each in their own. I highly recommend this brand for anyone interested in taking supplements or just starting to or looking for a guaranteed product.

I take it everyday!
