Helps shorten head colds
We use this vitamin along with 2 other supplements to help shorten the length of the common cold and it really seems to help. Im not much of a fruit enthusiast or vegetables for that matter so having this on hand keeps getting my body what it needs easily.

Great brand Vitamin C

Lifesaver during the pandemic
I took one of these a day during lockdown for extra protection and it was great. They have a similar vitamin c that is not in a capsule and it works well too but definitely you can taste a sour chalk taste when swallowing with water. This one gave me no weird taste issues.

Slight bitter taste
Great source of Vit C, a bit of a bitter taste to it so make sure that you don’t leave in your mouth for too long. Great cost/ value and you can usually find on sale. I would recommend!!

Mom Swears by the Stuff
My mom attributes Vitamin C, and particularly Nature's Bounty to the fact that she very very rarely gets sick. It's a great supplement. Do be aware if you have iron overload that Vitamin C increases iron absorption. But on the flip, it's great for people with anemia, too!
