Great product
They taste good. I prefer the soft gels better. Did not disappoint. Be patient however because it took several months before I noticed that my balding spots actually had been filled in with real hair.

Love for the family
I have been taking these as well as my two young adult sisters and it has been a new part of our morning routine to have our morning vitamins together before going to work. I have noticed a difference in the strength of my nails which I am very happy about.

Works!
This supplement made my hair and nails grow faster, which is a plus. I don’t notice any difference in my hair density or my skin, but my nails feel a little less brittle and definitely grow faster than they have been. The gummies taste great as well!

Don’t love the gummies…
I used to purchase these religiously, but they have an aftertaste that started to make me nauseous. I no longer purchase these in gummy form, I prefer the pills. They do work though. Highly recommend!

First time to use this brand! Just wow!
Effectively amazing! Was skeptic at first because I tried so many products and 1st time to use this brand as my sister recommend it to me and surprisingly it work for me. I noticed my hair has less hair fall whenever i shower. My nails are stronger plus a bonus of keeping my skin glow!

I used to use these gummies long time ago and they were working great, I had noticeable changes in the growth of my hair and my nails got much stronger. But I stopped after a while, because I had done some laser treatment for unwanted hair in some areas and I didn’t want them to grow back, because hair doesn’t know where we would like it to grow and where not…

Hair Goals
Idk if it was this product BUT YALL… after using for about 5 months i feel like my hair got thicker and longer!!!! Definitely strengthened my nails. I feel like it’s just an overall good vitamin towards hair, skin, and nail health.
