Always have on Hand
I LOVE Liquid I.V. and this Flavor is my Favorite! I’m not always the best at drinking water, but when I have this it doesn’t seem to be an issue! I always make sure to have a couple pouches with me on hand at all times!

Huge fan
My husband and I are huge fans of liquid IV. We use this anytime we are feeling dehydrated whether it be from illness, not consuming enough water throughout the day, etc. We have bought several flavors and this flavor is delicious!!

Tastes great and hydrates well
I have bought this product several times now. I don’t use it all the time; just when I need a little boost in hydration. It dissolves well in water (even colder water), and the taste is good. I usually don’t use an entire package in my water- I spread it out a little more. It does make me feel more hydrated! It is a bit pricey, but I do keep purchasing it, so I guess it is worth the high cost.

Good to have on hand
These are really great to have on hand in case of dehydration. Unless you don't really drink water I don't thin you necessarily need to drink one every day but that is just my opinion. I don't mind the flavor, my partner loved it. I love the added benefits to make water able to hydrate quicker if needed. These are quite expensive so that is also why I would only use when needed. Overall I think its a great product for its intended use.

Electrolyte++++
As far as electrolytes go, this product is a must. Liquid I.V. is a great brand and we use it in the Guard. You should only use one a day or you are wasting the product as it will just go right through you with no benefits. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's not my go to flavor. But overall, I highly recommend!

Eh…it’s alright.
Bought this for my husband to get him to stop drinking soda. He liked them he just felt they were a little strong. After I tried a sip I would agree. I think the standard bottle is not the right ratio for this product.

Doesn't quench my thirst
My family and I have used these. I personally think a full packet is too much flavor, but if I use half, then it's just enough. That goes for all flavors. I don't see a difference otherwise. I also feel the need to chug plain water after drinking this because it doesn't really quench my thirst.

Great taste!
I really love these liquid Ivs! I typically drink these when I feel a little dehydrated and this just brings me back to normal. The taste is great and the instructions are extremely clear. Perfect for those that don’t drink that much water or just need a quick refresh!

Awesome hydration
There are so many products out there like this. I have found that liquid iv makes you feel better faster especially when you are dehydrated. I buy this, popsicle firecracker and strawberry flavors for my daughter. I buy sugar free lemon lime for me. It tastes so good that it’s easy to drink when you are feeling run down.

Definitely hydrates but the tastes is awful. It’s overly sweet and tastes like a simply syrup.

Great taste and resukts
I’m an avid runner and for the past year I’ve been taking the Liquid IV instead of drinking Gatorade or similar drinks. I can say that the product is very concentrated and I’ve been using half of the pack each time but still with same great results of feeling super hydrated and avoiding cramps. Recovery time has also improved significantly. Highly recommend!!

This product it very salty tasting, it over powers the added flavor
