Good flavor

Taste great but not for me
I’m one of those people that don’t do well with fenugreek  I started to dry me up come the second day I was losing supply on my milk it wasn’t a super big decrease right away, but it was noticeable But I have always done brewers flaxseed oatmeal. I’ve never used anything with fenugreek in it. If you know that herb works for you, it’ll definitely be a great choice.

Amazing
The flavor is so tasty, It tastes like a rich milk. Pro tip : if you want to drink it with cold milk, definitely need a frother to mix it. Just a spoon trying to mix it will leave you with lots of chunks still no matter how long you stir. I noticed a pretty quick increase in my supply. Nothing drastic but just enough of a boost that I was looking for. I went from pumping about 3oz a session to almost 5oz per session within a couple days of drinking this.

Works to increase production!
I am typically an overproducer. With that being said, I decided to give these a try after the entire house came down with the Noravirus and decreased my supply. I can confidently say that these do work to increase your supply! I took 1 a day for 3 days straight and saw a dramatic increase in my supply. It happened very quickly and my supply is back.
