Made with all natural ingredients, these supplements help promote milk production and are easy to take. These support come in a chewable form and taste pretty good overall. Great product but don't taste good. Went from 14 oz to 23 oz on my pump tracker plus feeding the newborn every 2 hours. They come secure and each one independently wrapped which is nice.
