the one i was previously using was good but I felt like I wasn't getting the results I needed. I hated how chalky my old one tasted and this one is slightly easier to take down. I have seen small improvements but prolonged use shall help with that.

One thing I’m picky about in my powders is texture and this creatine is soft and smooth not chalky and chunky. It melts into the liquid with not floating chunks. It’s unflavored giving the ability to mix with anything.

Creatine and protein are my long-term go-tos in regard to post-workout supplements. Unflavored is the way to go, since you can add it into any liquid, including a protein shake, but is also not unpleasant in water. I have had one serving daily after each of my workouts, either in water or in a protein shake. Creatine is something you need to consistently take to continuously benefit from, so I am going to continue on with the RAW Essentials creatine for my maximum benefit. It is truly unflavored, which is great. I also want to praise RAW Essentials for actually filling up the container, AND for not making it comically large in the first place. Supplements are pricey, and sometimes they use the biggest tubs they can get to make it appear as if you're getting a large quantity. I love their choice of container - it is perfectly good to keep the creatine in (keep the moisture absorbing packet in there - life hack), and it is the perfect size for the contents.

I have tried many different brands of creatine and this one is definitely one of the better ones I have tried. It is unflavored so I can mix it with my electrolytes and drink it all at once. I would give this one a try if you are searching for a new creatine powder.

I like how the chap stick has spf in it. My lips tend to get chapped a lot so I will continue to use it. The smell isn’t bad, it’s pleasant coconut. I would recommend
