L-Glutamine powder

I received Sports L-Glutamine powder from Hometester. I thought this product was okay. I thought the packaging could have been better looking (I think the product itself needs a whole different look). I tried the product as directed. It did make my stomach ache a little bit about 20 minutes after use. After that, I didn't try it again. Maybe my body just has to get used to it but I'm a little hesitant about the product. I think it may just depend on the person. It wasn't totally for me.

Essential Amino acid

It is an essential amino acid. It relieved stress slightly and helped improve my gut function (I was taking probiotics too).

Good powdered supplement

I thought that it held up just as well to other lure L-Glutamine powders I have tried. The only drawback for me was it was just a small size - I went through it fast.

Good, but not what I'm looking for.

I don't really see the value add of solo amino acids. I prefer an amino acid stack or blend. Unflavored powders are pretty gross, and not everyone has juice around to mix it with. I think a product like this would be better in capsule form.

Easy to take and bring with

I have really enjoyed using this supplement as part of my post workout shake. This L-glutamin powder comes in a small container with a pop-open lid, which makes it easy for bringing with anywhere. The fine powder dissolves in juice, water, or protein shake pretty easily, especially if you use a shaker cup. The L-glutamine powder is pretty tasteless and will not affect the overall taste of the drink in which it dissolves. The only thing I wish they would added is a small measuring spoon that would come with the bottle to make measuring easier. Overall though I am very happy with the quality of this product and will continue using it as part of my post-workout supplements.

Finally no bad aftertaste

The product does not have a bad taste when mixed with a juice. Have been taking daily. Very simple to add to a regiment

Endurance

It seems to give you more energy for sports. Helps focus. When added to juice it literally has no recognizable taste, needs to be stirred in well. I was using orange juice. Seemed to work well, I think it gives you a bit more endurance.
