Did nothing for me!
Winter time for me means I lose out on vitamin d and have to supplement. These just didn’t do it for me. I was already taking a different brand but stopped to try these and noticed no difference in myself.

Great for taking externally
I love this brand of Vitamin E as it has minimal additives. We like to cut these open and use them topically on things like scars-we have found it accelerates healing like no other. Also, the skin absorbs it very quickly-it doesn’t stay greasy like you think it would

Good but not amazing
I have tried so many of the Naturmade vitamins before I researched and found that they are not the best brand in terms of potency and quality. I could not immediately see any benefits of taking vitamin E but I am sure had I been consistent, I might have.

Good for price
If you want a brand that is cheap but also does the job, this one is for you. I use it orally and topically. Obviously read about the product before purchasing, incase you are allergic to ingredients.

Nature made gets an A++
Our family has been using Nature Made vitamins for over a decade. I find them to be extremely good quality without breaking the bank. I especially like this vitamin E because you can break open the capsule and put it on the skin blemish or scar directly. It is greatly reduced a scar on my knee.

Helps skin scars
I use the vitamin E capsules topically when I get a cut or scar. I open the capsule and apply the oil directly onto the healing skin so it absorbs it

Natural vitamin e
I've been taking this for a couple months now, I honestly can see the difference in my skin, is a lot smoother and softer, my eyes are not as dry,it's great for your hair so I give this 4 out of five, definitely if you are looking for a vitamin that helps with more than just one things I would suggest this, Evan if you are in piercings, you can bust one open to help with the healing process,

Held do not stick together.
A lot of vitamin E supplements outer gel sticks together. These do not, as bad.
