Really love these vitamins. I can see a difference in my hair already. I have been losing less when I brush. Also my nails are growing strong and my skin is glowing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love that these are capsules that are easy to take. A lot of other vitamins tend to be very hard for me to swallow, but these I had no problems. I like that the ingredients are friendly for vegans too.

First off I want to say I don't have the best hair, skin, or nails so I'm always looking for something to help in those departments and these capsules have been great. They have zero taste which is a plus as some supplements definitely have a taste so that's a major plus for me. I like that the bottle is clearly labeled with ingredients and what each of them do so you can feel good about what you're putting into your body! These are non-gmo, gluten free, and have no synthetic colors or flavors and for me at least they are each to digest and I have a very sensitive stomach. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the bottle is very large for the amount of capsules provided but I understand that because of all the necessary information needed to be given. Overall I would recommend these!

Upon receiving I immediately started my vitamins. I can tell a difference in my nails. I really will buy more in the future. In the future if more samples are available please send more.

So I've been using this product for about 2 weeks. The delivery was a bit weird. Tracking kept saying it was delivered but it was about another week until I actually received the product. I started them right away because who doesn't need a little extra support for their hair and nails? I like that these are in smaller capsules so they're easy to take. It's suggested to take 2 daily with food. 60 capsules come in the bottle so you get a months supply. I love that it is vegan sourced, I'm not personally vegan but when I can work that into my daily things I do. As far as seeing any change at the two week mark, I feel like I see some small differences in the strength of my nails and my skin seems to feel nicer but at this early point it's hard to tell. I'll definitely continue to use these for at least another 2 months to see full effectiveness.
