Easy to open & take
This is easy to open, not adult proof like so many, which so hard with my hands. This is easy to swallow, and doesn't have any bad aftertaste. Bottle is bigger than needed, as it is only 1/4 full.

Great multivitamin for us ladies!
As a woman who's getting older, 39 to be exact, I find myself needing a little extra help with my health. This multivitamin is perfect! I'm always low on iron and take a supplement for that, this multivitamin has a lower amount so I don't have to stop taking other supplements. You just take one capsule a day, easy as that! Thr capsules are a little large, but with a proper amount or water, they go down easily. Definitely recommend for proper health.

Vitamins are always good
I have used this brand of vitamins before and now I am using them again. I felt like they helped me with many things from my energy levels to my skin and my hair. I take it daily withouth missing a day.

Feel great taking these
I struggle with vitamins and knowing what I should be taking, and I love these Habit Women's Multi vitamins that have everything I need in one simple capsule. I feel like I have more energy and can focus on work better and overall feel great now that I take these on a daily basis!

Energy all day!
I noticed a difference right away! I had more energy and overall just healthier. I like that there is no gluten or synthetic flavors or colors. These. Italian are easy to swallow and one capsule is all you need for the day!

Great vitamin
There is no aftertaste with this multivitamin. I wish the daily value percentages were higher. Most are around the 50% mark or lower.

Well rounded supplement

Healthy habit as I take in this new supplement. Love that they are not to sweet. Great taste. Multi-vitamin support for us women. 60 capsules for two months. Suggested daily for an all we'll nutritional feel.

Not 100% complete, and made in China
I tested the Habit Women’s Multi vitamin with 23 vitamins and minerals. The product is NON GMO, which I liked, and it has less iron so you won’t get too much. What I didn’t like, is that the product is made in China, and the vitamins and minerals are less than 100% complete, with some having less than 50% daily value. The bottle has changed its look, and an earlier formula, was made in the USA.

I have never taken any multi vitamins before. Since taking this, I’ve noticed my skin has improved and I feel more energized. I take one capsule per day. There’s no weird aftertaste from it.

It Doesn’t hurt my stomach!
I have been on the lookout for a multivitamin as I’ve tried the more popular ones out there for many years. And to no avail, it would always upset my stomach, even when I Took them with food. This women’s multivitamin did not upset my stomach! And I think some of it has to do with the type of capsule it is. It is a clear soft capsule where you can see the powdered vitamins inside. I feel this allows for faster absorption, and it won’t just sit in my stomach. I have been taking a meal and I’ve had zero issues! I also love that it’s a women’s multivitamin and includes nutrients and vitamins which we strive for such as cranberry, vitamin A, folate, and many more. It’s a very well-rounded multivitamin, geared for me, and doesn’t upset my stomach. I am definitely changing to this brand!
