Smell very strong and unpleasant
Maybe I just don't like the scents of chamomile and lavender (even though I thought I did before smelling this), but I found the spray to be extremely strong and unpleasant. I didn't find it to be "gentle" and didn't feel comfortable using it in my kids' bedrooms.

New bedtime routine
First time try Zarbees Gentle Bedtime Spray to my toddler's bed. She loves it so much..makes her fall asleep faster and didnt wake up in the middle of the night.. Love it..

My Kids Love It!
My kids were excited to try this out, and they have requested it several times at bedtime. They say it helps them relax before falling asleep. They do say that the scent fades quickly, but I'm glad that it's not overpowering.

Great bedtime spray
I have two toddler boys and they are very wild during bedtime, I sprayed this before going to bed and I could see that it works in calming them down a bit. The scent is wonderful but just wish it lasted longer.

As a part of the bedtime routine, Zarbee's Gentle Bedtime Room Spray works well. However, relying solely on the spray might not instantly lull kids to sleep within 30 minutes like melatonin does. Perhaps with consistent use, children could associate the lavender scent with bedtime, aiding in the sleep process over time. Didnt notice a difference
I used it for over a week with both kids and didnt notice any differences on their sleep cycle. They didnt love the smell apparently.

Relaxing
This is such a a relaxing spray. It really helps calm and soothes which allows for better winding down when trying to get some sleep. I like that it is not made from artificial fragrances which usually give me headaches. A little spray goes a long way. It's great for adults and children. I also use it sometimes during my yoga or meditation time. It really does the trick in bringing down the stress. I recommend this for anyone.

Awesome sleep spray
I am definitely pleased with the Zarbees bedtime sleep spray. My 3 and 9 year old boys both had horrible cases of the flu. I noticed an immediate difference in sleep after spraying their rooms with the bedtime sleep spray.

LOVE this stuff!
We absolutely LOVE sleepy spray in this house! Not only do my kiddos love it, but my husband and I do too! It smells amazing, and is a nice, safe option for helping your mini’s wind down! The spray is soft, and subtle, as well as the smell! Highly recommend

I love the natural aromas that it left the room with a sense of relaxation and I'm with easy to sue my child's needs to go to sleep and it left the room smelling with a fresh aroma and I like that there was no unnatural smells it was natural and that is very important to me when choosing a product which this is one of my favorite brands for children it's easy you just shake well spray the room before a nap or bedtime and the child just off and it has a chamomile and lavender smell which is very nice

Lovely bedtime spray
We loved this Zarbee's Gentle Bedtime Spray. The smell is very relaxing and soothing. My daughter looks forward to spraying it around her bed at night. Definitely makes falling asleep easier for her. Very convenient and easy to use. My 8 year old can spray it herself. We would highly recommend this Bedtime Spray for your Littles to ease bedtime.
