Did not help sleep
I tried it consistently and did not notice a difference it my ability to either fall asleep and/or stay asleep. It did make me groggy and left me feeling very foggy all day the next day.

A good nights rest

Best Allergy Sleep Product
Since starting AllerLife I feel so much better. I sleep through the night with no issues and my hubby doesn't wake me up because of snoring. I would absolutely recommend this product to any allergy sleep sufferer. I enjoy my days and nights a lot more now, and I'm 100% there for everyone and everything now.

I've tried other sleep aids in the past that left me with this feeling of grogginess or drained energy before I've even started my day. The experience I had with AllerLife was quite the opposite. I couldn't recall a morning where I felt that, even though I was constantly waiting for it.

Great relaxer and sleep aid!

Great for Nightly seasonal allergies
I usually have congestion during the night and early morning which makes it difficult to fall sleep. Allerlife significantly reduced my nightly allergies enough I could fall asleep soundly.

Forget prescription sleep aids!
I've always suffered with insomnia. To my surprise this actually works! I've transferred from taking a prescription sleep medicine to only using this and it has made a world of difference! 100% recommended!

So happy for relief
I have some of the worst allergies and I am always glad to find a product that allows me to have some relief. The use of these pills gave me better sleep habits so I have been refreshed in the morning. They are a little large for my liking but I have still been able to use them with non-issue. I would recommend them.

Helps with sleep
