Finally feeling rested and energized
I really loved the way I felt in the mornings after using AllerLife Sleep, my allergies give me serious problems sleeping due to a stuffy nose so I always felt like I never got any sleep. After using this product every night for 2 weeks I feel amazing! I actually feel rested and energized in the morning. I no longer wake up 20 or more times a night due to my stuffy nose, this product really helps my body be able to stay asleep and not wake up to every little thing which in turn has allowed me to get actual rest. I cannot even begin to express how much this product has helped me and I highly recommend it!

Game changer
I was in doubt at first because I didn't really realize how much my allergies/ asthma affected my overall energy levels. After a week of taking these supplements I was already beginning to notice the difference. I was not feeling tired all day...had more energy even started getting a better night's sleep. I will keep it up to see what else changes but so far I'm impressed.

Good Stuff
At this point of the year with changes so frequently in temperatures I was willing to try AllerLife to help with my allergy issues. After trying this product my allergies have been less unpleasant. I'm grateful to have found this product.

Helped me sleep through the night!
The AllerLife Sleep actually did help quite a bit. After taking it, I felt pretty sleepy within about 30 minutes. I laid down in bed and was actually able to breathe through my nose comfortably. It helped me sleep all night without waking up. I definitely am impressed with this product!

Immunity & Sleep Support
You get a high amount of Vitamin C but only a minimal amount of Zinc from this supplement. The astralagus root also helps boost immunity. If you are taking these as a sleep supplement you should know that the capsules are not very potent; a serving (2 capsules) has 3 mgs of melatonin. They do help to calm and settle you before bed. This is not intended to be used as a substitute for your regular allergy medication. The capsules are fairly easy to take and won't irritate your stomach.

Great allergy product!
I have bad allergies that hit quick. This product was great for a day when I had bad allergies, I took it before bed and woke up clear! I do wish there was a non sleepy version as well since I suffer during the day as well! Great product will purchase again!

Wouldn’t bother with it
After taking this supplement for 3 weeks, twice daily as directed nothing changed- my sleep was still bad as always and I didn’t feel any different. If anything this supplement caused horrible dreams and I won’t be taking it anymore.

Helped me get my energy back
This was an interesting experience. AllerLife Sleep is not an allergy medication, but it does help relieve some symptoms that are caused by the allergies. It definitely help me sleep better and I had more energy the next day. It felt nice to be able to accomplish more than I normally would when affected by allergies.

AllerLife has been a life saver!
Normally I have a horrible time falling asleep and staying asleep, especially during allergy season, but since I began taking AllerLife I have been falling asleep much quicker and waking up ready for the day. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from allergies and needs a good night sleep!
