Didn't work for me
While on a road trip from CA to OK my feet and ankles began to swell. I purchased this at Walmart and used it as directed. It did not work well for me. I ended up purchasing an all natural diuretic that worked overnight. ..literally. I would still recommend to others because it may work for them.

Drain it
Many factors affect my water retention, my Hypertension, my stress and cortisol level, my hormones, diet and lack of quality sleep. This is my go-to water pill to expel my bloat and puffiness due to excess water retention.. Never had any side effects or cramps when using it.

These are very dangerous
I can’t give this a good review as these are super dangerous for your heart can cause heart problems kidney issues and hyponutermia for which I’ve been hospitalized for before.

Works well
It works well to keep your tummy less bloated and you do see a difference in how much round your stomach is. You do seem to urinate a lot more so you need to stay hydrated. But I do recommend this to family and friends. I would definitely use this around the time of your period for ladies.

Good Product
I was feeling really bloated before a performance. I took these as directed during the show weekend, and it really helped me look less bloated. I recommend this for anyone struggling with water weight or bloating. It wasn’t a miserable experience either. I went to the restroom to urinate a bit, but it didn’t tear my stomach up. Ya know?

No side effects
I took the product for two days. I had no side effects whatsoever. I did not see a change to my bloating, however I think I was experiencing a food reaction and not PMS symptoms. I will absolutely try again next month at the onset of summer's because I saw no negative effects to the product.
