I took this pill for 10 days. I didn’t feel untoward side effects yet I didn’t feel any thing differently. I think i need to take it longer to see the full benefits.

Liver Goodness and Extended Health
I love the ingredients and how they can improve my liver health. The capsule is a bit large and hard for me to swallow, unfortunately. I wish it would be available in a chewable version. I'm planning to try to swallow 2 a day for the rest of the month. I'm excited to see the results. Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to improve their liver health from slight alcohol damage.

Maintenance
I wanted to try a liver detox because I don't eat as healthily as I should & have several deficiencies. Vitamin B, D and K. I have prescriptions for each. Because of the these deficiencies, I've changed my eating habits & want to reduce any & all waste from my body. I'd like to minimize the amount of bile in my liver. Once I get everything but in order, I won't be a fatigued. only been a few days. They are pretty big, so make sure you have plenty of liquids when taking.

second chance supplement
i wasn’t super impressed with Body Gold Liver Clenz, Healthy Liver Support, 60 Veg Cap. i think more time is needed to make an accurate observation. i drank a little more water, so there was a little more frequency in urination. i would love to try this out for the duration of the bottle and hope to feel a difference!

On the mend with liver clenz
I found liver clenz easy to understand as far as instructions on use, health warnings and what the capsules contained. It was also informative as to it's prospective health qualities, the info was easy to understand and right there on the package it's self. intake of the capsual was easy just the right size so no trouble swallowing and no funny after taste. Ive had some trouble with my liver recently, clenz made a big difference resulting in a much happier more energetic me

Pills are easy to swallow. The first few day's I was in the bathroom quite frequently. It's become part of my regiment. My stools are pale in color so I'm not really sure what it means.

The energy post cleanse is amazing
I got this in the mail and could not wait to try this out. I personally cleanse my liver every 3-6 months dependent on how taxed my body feels. The first thing I noticed was it was working. When I’m doing a cleanse and my body asks for more sleep it’s because I know it’s working to rid the body of bad stuff. My body was processing regularly. After a week the amount of energy I had and clear headed thinking made me feel on top of my game. I just wished there was a bit more info on directions.
