Didn’t really notice a whole lot of change
Just as the title states I didn’t really notice a significant difference in my day to day life (mood, engergy,drive) while taking this. I definitely didn’t feel any worse so that is a positive it just was not for me.

Good alternative to energy drinks
Taking Ageless Male Pro-T Zone did help me feel more energized and gave me a similar effect to energy drinks without any caffeine crashes. I definitely feel the B-vitamins in the pill help with energy levels and likely the herbal supplements have assisted too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has struggled to get going in active in the mornings, as it has helped me feel a bit more alert when I wake up.

Great Product
I have been taking the supplement for about 3 weeks now and have noticed increased energy when working out. It also has seemed to help open my appetite after workouts. I have gained 13 lbs since starting taking ot, which seems to be going to muscle mass. I am happy with the product and plan to continue taking it.

Vitamin Supplement
I would describe this as a good vitamin supplement as it does contain a solid basis of b-vitamins, ashwagandha as an adaptogen, and alpha-gpc, caffeine malate, and most importantly mucuna pruriens for focus. As an individual officially diagnosed with ADHD I am most thankful for the mucuna pruriens. I do wish this supplement gave me a huge boost of energy that I would notice within an hour or less but this supplement does not do this. For that reason I give this a 4 out of 5 and would describe it as more of an add-on supplement for a lower level of focus assist more than anything. If you are feeling fatigued and unmotivated then taking this supplement is not going to all of a sudden make you want to dart out the door to the gym unless you are something that must have a far more sensitive physiology to supplements than I personally do. I did not have any negative side effects and I took this supplement both with and without food.

Excellent Product!

Hmmm, Ageless Male PRO-T ZONE. Did it put a pep in my step? Sure. It did that quite well as it gave me energy throughout the day.. but not extraordinary by any means. Now did it keep me focused, staying sharp? Somewhat, but I feel other cognitive function supplements do a way better job that you actual feel that it is working. Would I suggest this supplement to anybody, maybe if it was on sale or something but I would be rushing to tell people about it.
