Relaxing scent
The mist has a lovely relaxing scent. Helped to relax me before bed making it easier to fall asleep. Not too wet on your pillow either.

A lovely pillow spray
Sanctuary Spa wellness solutions sleep mist smells absolutely beautiful, a very relaxing fragrance that scents my bedroom lovely before I go to sleep, I love this but I do believe it's missing a very important ingredient, lavender as lavender is my all time sleeping buddy .

Smell nice
I haven’t recognized a big difference before and after using Sanctuary Spa Wellness solution, maybe I just had a deeper sleep sometimes. However, I like the smell of the solution and it’s easy to use. Although I always applied the spay on my skin, I felt good.

Peaceful nights ahead
Wow! This sleep spray is transformative. The scent is gorgeous, sometimes the lavender smells can be medicinal and clinical but this one has that sanctuary sweet musk scents underlying. Both me and my daughter absolutely loved using this and we had amazing sleep

Does not help with falling asleep
Nice looking bottle. Pleasant, soothing fragrance. I sprayed on my pillows as well as on myself. The fragrance smelt nice but did not help me to sleep any faster than normal. It rather created a soothing relaxed environment. I have used this for the last two weeks and found it relaxing but did not put me to sleep any faster than I normally would go. I also found after 2/3 hours you could not smell the mist on the pillows.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I found the scent of this much softer than the highly lavender orientated ones! It was much more subtle and less like someone had gone overboard with fabric softener. I wouldn't say that it makes me fall asleep any quicker, however I do seem to be waking up less through the night when I use it. I haven't particularly noticed any difference in my skin but I've been using it more on my pillow. I it used with my 11 year old daughter too to help her get to sleep in the recent hot spell. She liked spraying it to cool her off and did seem to nod off quickly. Overall I'm really happy with this product.

Fresh relaxing scent at bedtime!
What a lovely scent! Its different to the usual pillow sprays, which are usually just lavender. It smells like the room when you walk into a spa- at least thats what it reminded me of! It dries quickly, which is slats good when you are tired! When using it, I have felt relaxed and drifted off easily. I'm not sure if this has been 100% due to the mist, however, its not a bad thing!

I loved this sleep mist, it smells amazing and I was asleep quickly after spraying it on my pillow, this was clarified when I didn’t use if for a couple of days and took ages to get to sleep! Will definitely keep using and highly recommend

Very lovely and relaxing smell
I have sleeping problems for many years due to working night shift. I was very skeptical when I tried Sanctuary Spa Wellness Solutions Sleep Mist for a first time… I sprayed my pillows and didn’t even realised when My eyes closed. Of course it didnt put me to sleep but The smell is very relaxing and helped calm down my anxiety so I could fall asleep much easier. Thank you for letting me test it.

Amazing relaxing Mist!!!
I received this product to test and wow I love it!!! A lovely light fragrance that's great for relaxing a tired mind... I used this on my pillows before bed and also sprayed on my face and upper body for a truly relaxing feeling.. I also popped it in the fridge on hot days and it's great for cooling down too....
