Smells nice
I bought a whole range of items for my Mum to help her sleep. This one smells nice but unfortunately didn’t help her in promoting sleep.

This Works
This Works is a lifesaver for me as rarely had a good night sleep before trying their Deep Sleep pillow spray which as well as my insomnia also helped my husband with his emphasemia and COPD. Probably the eucalyptus aroma was the and gave his chest a night without wheezing and therefore a better sleep for us both. I would love to sample all their products as they are quite expensive. Luckily a little goes a long way. Love love love!!!!

Definitely works!
I love all of this brands sleep products. I’ve tried many others which don’t particularly help but this is always my go to. The additional beneficial ingredients are certainly relaxing and they don’t distract from the already amazing smell of the OG sleep range. I used these on pulse points before bed and just relax. The price is worth it.

Natural remedy that works

This works
I use this alongside the this works pillow spray. I like the lavender scent which I find calming. I do sleep better - whether it is just in my head, who knows, but it works. I first tried the products when I received it during my stay in a hotel and purchased it ever since. My mom now uses it too.
