Kitchen Paper Towels on a Budget
Whilst I am extremely appreciative to Home Tester Club of the chance of trialing and testing the Nicky's Kitchen Paper Towels product, I can't sadly give them a glowing review. I currently use Nicky's toilet rolls which are fabulous. They're just the right thickness and do exactly what you want them to. However, it is a slightly different story with these paper towels. I'm not sure how much these would be in store and I imagine that they would be a great price for those on a low budget. However, you need to use the equivalent of 3 sheets of Nicky's paper towels in order to match the sort of thickness that you would get from rival companies such as Blitz, which to me isn't great value for money so it probably is on par price wise. When you think about the extra amount of sheets you are having to use with the Nicky's product. The rolls are also quite small and not particularly thick, but thank you again for the opportunity to test this product.

Smart paper
Really good at soaking up lots or the oils etc the only problem I found was the sheets were on a small side but other than that I liked the product and good for soaking up spillages too might have to use a few because of the size of the sheets

Disappointing
Excited to test this product as we use other Nicky products and are pleased with them. However, when comparing these paper towels with the ones we normally use, these fall well short in terms of both strength and absorbency. Very disappointing.

Nicky - Household Tissue
It's initial appearance is somewhat poor - it appears like a cheap product. However, once opened and handled, the impression is much better. The paper is soft, odourless and embossed. The sheets seem a little smaller than usual but they are very absorbent, and work perfectly well in whatever way you want to use them. It is a perfectly good tissue.

Absorbent and strong
Although these don't look as thick and strong as other kitchen paper towels I have tried, they do the job. I found them to be absorbent enough to soak up spills and strong enough to stay in one piece, so yes, I would definitely recommend.

Absorbent Paper Towel
This paper towel is very soft - so much so that I thought it wouldn't absorb liquid very well but it's been great for cleaning up spills, and pet messes. Each paper towel is a little small so it could do with being a bit bigger, but all in all it's a decent paper towel that absorbs well.

Thin but does the job
I found the kitchen towel to be quite thin and easily absorbed any liquid which then I needed to use more. It did the job but I feel it wasn’t robust enough for kitchen towel.

Nicky kitchen towel
I tried this product in various situations ie spilt water it really did do the job I anticipated it soaked up thoroughly and did not fall apart unlike other ones we have used. Great product.

Outstanding absorbency
I was so impressed with these product The thick sheets were soft yet super powerful at clearing spills and liquids Amazing absorbency I try to keep on top of cleaning but there is always a spill or item needed a wipe These never failed to impress and easily clean up in the kitchen and other rooms of the house !

Great
The nicky kitchen roll arrived 2 days later than scheduled so i have only been using it for just over a day. It is quite thin compared to other well know brands, depending on price would determine if I was to purchase it instead of my usual. It does the job but you need more peices and does rip very easily.

Decent enough
This kitchen roll is decent enough.. I’m used to using the popular branded roll so I was apprehensive about using an unknown brand. I wouldn’t say it’s in the same league as the top branded ones but it’s good enough. 3/5
