One of my main cravings during pregnancy
I love kefir and this version was no different. It settled my stomach during pregnancy. I like that this brand has several different flavours. The original flavour is great, as you get to taste the pure flavour of the kefir.

Tried this onve, is quite sour as expected, but overall was surprised how nice it was.

Great heartburn relief
I really enjoy drinking kefir especially during times where I suffer from heartburn as it has really helped ease it off. I also found it quite refreshing and drink it on an empty stomach every morning.

Good stuff
I am immunosuppressed and I endorse anything which will promote immune system function. This tastes great, it is a reasonable price and I feel better knowing I am supporting a healthy gut
