Good for gut health
I pick this up occasionally during my shop to give my gut a little boost. Taste is nice, not too sour like some, and it’s quite a thick consistency like yoghurt. I think it does the job nicely

Not for me
I can’t get past the borderline fizzy taste / feel in my mouth. It’s a very different experience to a yoghurt if you haven’t had one of these before, but I think for everyone who can stomach different textures then it’s an amazing way to help your gut health

Nice but not great
This was nice it didn't taste as sour as others I've tried if anything ABIT sweet, it was a thick consistency which was nice maybe a small bottle would be better like a shot of it instead of a drink

Perfect Post-Bariatric Surgery

Amazing for your gut!!
I use this as a liquid in a smoothie with blueberries when struggling with bloating and it’s absolutely fantastic!!! A delicious way to promote positive bacteria in your gut!

One of the very few ACTUALLY healthy items for your gut
Lots of people saying they prefer actimel or other cheaper options. I would urge you to do some research on the impact of sugar on the gut. Actimel and cheaper brands are packed with sugar and additives. Wake up, stop consuming other products marketed towards ‘healthy gut’ when they just contain SO many chemicals, ingredients and sugars. Kefir is a different product entirely, and this is a great quality one. This product has a short ingredients list and that’s how food should be! The flavour is great considering there’s no added sugar or processed chemically sweeteners in this. The product is also organic meaning that you’re not consuming any nasties. This kefir is actually GOOD for you. I drink kefir daily and it’s transformed my skin- it literally glows. My overall health and energy is the best it’s ever been. My immunity has significantly improved.

Good but expensive
I love kefir for health reasons. It’s hard to find in most stores with very limited options. This is one of a handful of choices and whilst it’s nice it’s so expensive it puts me off. I prefer flavour ones too. But if your in a bind and want to try then give this a whirl if it’s ever on offer

Whilst I like it I don’t see anything different from using other gut health brands that are considerably cheaper.
