Good for Gut Health
It tastes a bit weird but sometimes what tastes bad it makes good for the body. Eventually you get used with the taste and does a good job. The price is okay and the you get extra on product. Definitely would recommend it and buy it again.

I usually buy activia yougut all the time, but this time I wanted to try the kefir and I have to be honest was quiet nice, great tasty and keep you refresh. Good value for the money and last longer time

A lovely yoghurt type drink that's great for the gut, it has a lovely taste to it, it does have a slightly sour taste which goes well with the flavour, it's also great for the gut so a win, win.

Highly recommended
Really enjoyed this. It can be slightly sour but I didn't mind it. Didn't cause me any problems and great to just grab on the go, especially when heading to work. Love them. Will buy again.

I like the Activia product. There are really good . Their product support our immune system. They very good and healthy formulas for digestive system. It is really helping and the kefir has very good for bones who hasn't enough calcium.
