I like the Activia product. There are really good . Their product support our immune system. They very good and healthy formulas for digestive system. It is really helping and the kefir has very good for bones who hasn't enough calcium.

Not for me
Bootle looks nice. But taste its just not for me. First time to try but definitely not buying. Feel little bit disappointed because I was expecting better taste. Texture is good.

Not good on its own
I know it's good for me but I really couldn't get paste the taste. So on its own I really didn't like it. However, once I blended it in with some fruit or added into a smoothie it was really good made the drink's consistency nicer and tasted a lot better.

Good but
I bought this in Tesco as I’m a fan of kefir, this product was a bit runny compared to what I’m used to. It’s good for beginners to try but I found it a bit watered down..

Too early to tell
I have started to include this into my daily morning routine. I like that my gut is being looked after. It tastes good and it’s a change from the yoghurts. But it’s too early to tell whether it’s having a positive effect on my gut complaints
