Nature made gets an A++
Our family has been using Nature Made vitamins for over a decade. I find them to be extremely good quality without breaking the bank. I especially like this vitamin E because you can break open the capsule and put it on the skin blemish or scar directly. It is greatly reduced a scar on my knee.

I use the vitamin E capsules topically when I get a cut or scar. I open the capsule and apply the oil directly onto the healing skin so it absorbs it

Natural vitamin e
I've been taking this for a couple months now, I honestly can see the difference in my skin, is a lot smoother and softer, my eyes are not as dry,it's great for your hair so I give this 4 out of five, definitely if you are looking for a vitamin that helps with more than just one things I would suggest this, Evan if you are in piercings, you can bust one open to help with the healing process,

Held do not stick together.
A lot of vitamin E supplements outer gel sticks together. These do not, as bad.

Amazing product
Wow, this product is incredible! I use itinternally and apply them topically on my face and neck. They work wonders! They help with my acne all over my body when ingested, and they also serve as an effective topical treatment for acne, large pores, and they leave my skin feeling smooth. I won't ever go without these. This brand is definitely the best for me.

This product is very helpful in many ways. If you have a wound, or a cut, just rub vitamin E on it, it helps it heal, i also take them by mouth, and they’ve helped thicken my hair.
