Works Fast and Before Heartburn Starts
I have had significant heartburn for a long period of time. It seems that the older I get, the more foods that create heartburn, so I am always looking for the newest and best product to prevent my heartburn; not resolve it after it starts. This Zantac 360 is taken before my meals, and I have not had a single case of heartburn while taking this product. I am concerned that my body will develop a dependency, on the Zantac, yet it's taking care of my current problem now.

Easy to swallow

Great Relief
I suffer from heart burn pretty frequently. It's such an unpleasant and uncomfortable feeling. I recently tried Zantac 360° Original Strength (10mg 30ct) and was pretty impressed with it's results. It's not an instant relief but I've noticed taking it an hour or so before dinner helps prevent and give relief for heartburn. It works pretty well I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's one of the better ones.

Not as good as it once was
I tried this many years ago and loved it. It helped me through some bad heartburn and indigestion problems. After years of not having any heartburn or indigestion problems I once started having them again and bought this once again, since I was so pleased with it years ago but this time it just didn't really help much at all. I am very disappointed in the new version and have since found a new go to for heartburn and indigestion problems. I do not recommend wasting your money on this product since they've changed it.

The New Formula Isn't Wonderful
I think the new formula provides a "placebo" effect at best. I found myself not feeling any different after taking them. I think a new formula is already needed to fix what they have now. Perhaps go back to their "roots" and use what worked to begin with?

Not great
Sorry. They need to rework formula. I realize the old Zantac was awesome. My hubby was so excited to see this unfortunately it just isn’t effective like the original. Hope they can figure it out

Its okay
I suffer with heartburn so i tried these and they were okay. Not enough for me.

Good acid reducer but not great
This Zantac product contains Famotidine. The older formulation contained Ranitidine (which was taken off market). This little pill prevents heartburn when taken as little as 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Relief can last up to 12 hours but I feel like it only lasts around 8 hours for me. It's okay to use when in a pinch. I would recommend for anyone needing fast acid reflux relief. It's not the best product for daily use / prevention long term of acid reflux in my opinion
