Really works!
I have been a long time sufferer of heartburn and this stuff really works. I take this before i have a meal that I know will give me heartburn and this prevents me from getting heartburn at all. I Love this product and recommend it to anyone suffering from heartburnl!

Great for heartburn
I took 1 tablet around lunch time and it last all day. Worked within minutes and the tablet was super small and easy to swallow. Beats chewing on tums 10x a day. Will definitely buy again

Happy for new Zanatc
I was always a big fan of the Zantac brand and was very saddened by the recall. Now that they have a new formula with Famotidine, I was hoping to be able to get my heartburn back under control. The new Zanatc 360° Maximum Strength does relieve heartburn. It takes a bit longer to work, but once it does the relief lasts for a long time. I do admit that it doesn't work as well for me as the old Zantac, but I am happy to have something that at least works somewhat.

Works for me!
As someone who is a lifelong lover of all things hot and spicy, aging brings some serious complications into the relationship. Unless I want to spend the rest of the night sitting upright in agony after I indulge, I need some "assistance," shall I say, to perform the act. Maximum Strength Zantac 360 can be taken to relieve symptoms and also to prevent symptoms, so I liked that I could take this 10 to 60 minutes ahead of eating foods that have a tendency to upset my stomach, but I could also take it anytime heartburn flares up and causes distress. Short of cleaning up after dinner, this product worked about as well as it could have for me. Pepperoni pizza with extra crushed red pepper, extra sauce, and parmesan is my ultimate test. As much as I enjoy it, it never fails to give me raging heartburn and acid reflux, and I slept soundly throughout the night after taking a Zantac 30 minutes before I ate. Bonus point: the pills are small and easy to swallow.

I got the Zantac 360° Maximum Strength (20mg 90ct), and it works great! I suffer from heartburn throughout the week, and this product is making a big difference for me! It helps me to prevent my heartburn. If I already got a heartburn, it takes about 15 minutes to help. Overall, great product!

Great product
I used Zantac 360° in place of my usual heartburn medication. It works very well, and the small size of the pill is great. I recommend this product for most people. The only downside I found, is each pill only lasts 12 hours.
