Does the job!
I suffer from heartburn in the late evening. I've been taking these the last few nights an hour before bed and I haven't had any heartburn afterwards. I don't get woken up by acid reflux. Definitely worth trying! Would purchase for myself. Recommend to family/friends.

Take this before ur meals I recommend it
I get really bad heartburn when eating any spicy foods and Zantac actually works. Before I would just take anti acid pills but taking Zantac before my lunch it works great no heartburn.

Life saver

Instant Relief!

Heartburn be gone !
Zantac 360 is awesome! I haven't found a medication better than Zantac for my heartburn and acid reflux. I take it almost daily (or whenever I feel heartburn) with a full glass of water according to directions. The relief is relatively fast (in 20 minutes) last long, I don't feel like I need to change any of my diet, and It hasn't caused any side effects, highly recommend it!

Zantac works fast!
I never tried Zantac before until now & I really like how it worked. It works better than my usual product I use for heartburn. I usually get heartburn after drinking coffee & eating spicy foods. Zantac worked really fast to stop it. I like how small the pill is. Way easier to take than those big chalky antacid tablets.
