U by Kotex® Balance™ Ultra Thin Pads Extra Heavy Overnight

This is the longest pad I've ever seen, made me giggle a bit, not gonna lie. These bad boys cover you from front to back and honestly that what you want for a night pad. Especially if you move a lot in your sleep.

These overnight pads have amazing absorbency, they keep you dry and no leaks!! The only cons for me that I found was with how long they are (which does help when sleeping on your back, the length keeps you from having any sort of leaks), it definitely feels like wearing a diaper and with the underwear style I find comfortable the length almost makes it where it sticks out from back! I'd definitely recommend these for nights to new moms or to the heavy flow ladies like myself, if you can put aside the feeling of wearing a diaper that is.

These exceed my expectations and I was very happy. I'm a bigger girl, so the Xtra long length and wings of these was definitely a plus. Lots of coverage for all ladies, not just a straight pad. I've been hooked on the new foam pads on the market because they draw the liquid away from my body and these do the same thing and actually get it all! Even heavy flows. I did notice the charcoal also helped so there wasn't a slight odor when I was wearing it, which is a nice thing, even if no one else notices. I highly highly recommend this product!

I usually use thin pads. These are my new favorite. They are very thin and not noticeable. Absorbent and discreet.

I absolutely love this product in all honesty. They were comfortable, they hold so much blood sorry if that’s too much. But I had no leaks while using them, so I would highly recommend these to those around me that use pads.

U By Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight pads have become the one menstrual product I never knew I needed!!! Achieving real overnight protection is next to impossible in my experience. There is almost always leaking to tend to in the mornings & quite frankly it becomes beyond frustrating. & If you have stained enough sheets due to period leakage then you are probably just as fed up as I am. With U By Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads I don't have to worry about this as much as I once did. These pads are long enough in size to prevent leaking from the back when in certain sleeping positions. Protection seems to last about 8 hours or up until I wake up in the morning (which is when I typically change it out) However, it could be longer than that. The sticky strip on the wings works very well, therefore the pads do not become detached from the underwear. Thankfully that means I don't have to deal with it getting all bunched up! (so uncomfortable when that happens)

This pad completely removed all odor, which is what I have struggled with since the beginning because of how heavy my slow is and my diet. I don’t believe there needs any improvement and I will be purchasing this when it’s in stores. Thank you for this product!

These pads work great. Its not bulky because its supper thin. The size of the pad is actually what made me love using them. Due to them being longer than a usual pad would be, it to covers the important spot on your underwear so you wont get leakage. And the charcoal part of the pad really does a great job at stopping odor when wearing it for those hours you are taking care of errands or working.

I have used kotex pads for years but these new pads with charcole are the absolute best i love how they really hug my body with most products that say they are for overnight never made it through the night but these did i just want to say thank you for this product finally something that really does what it says its suppose to i will telling all my friends and family that need to switch...

this pad is all it promises. I wads able to go all night without any leakage. It's thin so it does not feel bulky and uncomfortable. it does not move if you toss and turn at night.

The pads are HUGE. It’s the size of this pad that makes it capture more blood. Even though it’s thin- it felt like I was wearing a diapers. This would’ve been perfect for after childbirth as it did capture alto of blood and the charcoal strip felt a bit more refreshing and kept period smells down. I would only recommend for anyone who is a heavy bleeder or had some type of vaginal surgery.

U Balance by Kotex do the job they are supposed to do. The pad itself has great coverage, I love that it isn't bulky, it holds the blood as well as any other pad. The charcoal layer is a cool feature and I think it does help with the unpleasant scent, so I am happy a product has this feature.

Love how absorbant these thin overnight pads are! The charcoal in them also keeps me fresh for longer than typical pads I have used in the past.

U by Kotex Balance Pads have a cushion core made with charcoal that help block period odor. These pads have amazing coverage for heavy bleeders or overnight. They are ultra thin and super comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

Really nice. I like the size. And the charcoal inner. They really helped not to that chemical smell. So I am very satisfied. Maybe add more tabs so they hold better or make them a bit longer in the front and wider in the back.
