Worth the try
I would highly recommend. The length was perfect to prevent leaks overnight. I like that it is easy to find in various stores! Hopefully the price will be decent when it comes time to repurchase.

Great Absorbancy
This is great for a heavy flow, it’s super thin and keeps you dry. The length is accommodating, the charcoal really helps keep you scent free. I would work on making it thinner after it gets “wet” and the surface touching your skin a bit softer

These Pads are Great
As a woman who has an extremely heavy flow, I need pads thar cover me completely. These pads not only cover me, they are comfortable with a soft cotton type lining that is comfortable to the skin. They also block any yucky odor. These are my new favorite.

Most secured sleep….
This product is a life saver if you are not a tampon user at night but have HEAVY periods. This pad is at least 14 inches long . It is comfortably thin but it is VERY absorbable. You can barely feel the bulk. The charcoal lining is pretty cool. I do not notice the period odor as much after a night of sleep. With the added winged feature, I can now twist and turn and sleep in peace with this pad!! Thank you!

Great Coverage
I really like using these pads. I tried them out during the busy part of my day, and everything was still dry. I like the whole coverage that the pad gives, I really like wings that keeps in it's place.

If I must be honest.... These are amazing. So comfortable, Super thin and very absorbent. The length is perfect especially if you are a heavy bleeder. Coverage is at it's max which to me is important. So rest assured you won't have any leakage at night with these pads. I highly recommend!

I previously have tried this product in the version without the charcoal. It performs similarly. I am not sure that the charcoal is so effective in neutralizing odor.

Excellet!!
The U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads are great!!! They are very long so they cover completely front to back and have wings. The good thing with these wings is that they are not connected to the cotton part of the pad so if you fill up the pad it does not roll over over to the wings so it won't mess up your clothes. These are great pad and I would definitely recommend them
