I really would have loved being able to rate these pads 5 stars, but I had to go with 4 because of one issue. These pads have excellent coverage and absorbency, and I love everything about them; especially the extra length! except for the fact that the wings didn't stick well for me. If this was improved upon, they would be perfect!

Pretty solid pad, but is it special?
I love the Kotex brand pads, and they are always my go to! But I personally feel the charcoal didn’t really add to the scent blocking like it’s supposed to, or at least lessen it. By all means I love these pads, wings and all. But I don’t think this will replaced my usual heavy flow in Kotex. Maybe with some, tweaks this could be really good!

Kotex excels
I have very heavy periods and usually use always pads because they’re super thin. These did an even better job at keeping me dry and absorbing even more. I never had to worry about bleeding through to my underwear. Run and get this!

Good size for heavy flow
I was waiting for my period to try this out and works very well, to be honest I use this during the day on thoses heavy days of period .I felt secure and comfortable with this pad there’ thin and the back part is wide enough to protect for overflow.The charcoal part is little so I don’t felt any difference between to others .

Surprising good
These stayed on and in the correct spot all night. I didn’t leak at all and there was no odor. I wouldn’t wear them except for sleeping in because they go up really high and you would definitely be able to see them through your clothes.

Super thin and comfortable
I am always slightly skeptical on overnight pads as my cycle is super heavy during the night. You really can feel them at all, except on the butt. Based on the thickness/size of the pad I did not think it would absorb much, but it sure did. My only complaint is that my husband could see the pad from behind, so they can only be worn at home without company

At glance:
The feminine pads sent in were a good product to review. The length & size was convenient during my heavier-flow days, nothing is worse than doing your everyday tasks & worrying about stains. With this product I know i didn’t have to! The length offered a nice sense of comfort with it being too thick & “in the way”, my new favorite!

Not worth their weight in salt
These thin charcoal overnight pads do not absorb anything, especially compared to other U by Kotex pads! I have a heavy flow and there was scarcely any protection from leakage while wearing one of these as I slept. Stains on my sheets now… What a joke!
