Comfortable and efficient
I was a bit skeptical to try this product as to not know what to expect from it. After trying this product, I felt is comfortable enough to leave it one for more than 30 minutes. I am happy to say that I do feel that this product helps to relieve discomfort that menstruation causes.

Thermacare Menstrual heat pads
I received a free 4pck of the Thermacare Menstrual heat pads, in exchange for my honest review. I usually use an electronic heat pad so being able to use a pad that is travel friendly was awesome. The adhesive works well and did not come undone or bunch up. The heat lasted for a couple hours which was nice. I look forward to buying these often.

Surprisingly effective
I wear period underwear and usually have to have a heating pad at work cause my cramps can get so bad. These made it easy for when I wasn't able to be attached to my desk. They aren't bulky or heavy. 10 out of 10

Amazing heat wrap
I suffer from severe menstrual cramps and would usually place warm towels on my abdomen. But these are way more comfortable and I can use them on the go. I wouldn’t recommend using this during a hot day. But definitely worth it if you have strong cramps during your time of the month, and want some comfort.

Regular thermacare products work better
I was very excited to try these, but the result was disappointing. I had very bad cramps this month and I couldn't take any ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, etc. because of an upcoming procedure. Then I remembered I had these! They were a little tricky to place, but not difficult to move if you needed to adjust them. They took a while to heat up, but the packaging lets you know that will be the case. Still, after enough time had passed to be sure they were fully heated, the heat wasn't enough that it soothed my cramps even a little bit. This isn't typically my experience with ThermaCare products, so I was surprised. I ultimately had to take Tylenol to take the edge off, and because that (not surprisingly) wasn't sufficient for cramps, I used a regular heating pad with much better results. I think the reason these were not effective for me was because they didn't produce enough heat to have an effect on the pain and the heat didn't distribute across a broad enough area.

Life Saver When on Period

Unexpected relief
I’ve had a consistent menstrual relief process since I was a kid.I’ve used the same hot water bottle for more than 20+ years and I really didn’t think anything could compare.but I was pleasantly surprised by the heat wrap! With my hot water bottle I’ll lay on it all day because that’s my process but I was able to get adequate relief with the heat wrap.I feel like this would be a good product to have with you on the go

Menstrual heat wraps
I received this product free in exchange for my honest feedback. I like this brand much better than the Midol heat waves. It's bigger, so it heats better and covers more cramps. The adhesive kept it in place the whole 8 hours.

Decent product
This product works and is convenient but doesn’t give the same comfort a traditional heating pad gives me. I get severe cramps and the only thing that helps me is a more intense heat.
