One of a kind cramp killer!
As a woman with endometriosis, I suffer at least a week out of every month with crippling menstrual cramp...a pain I can only compare with the contractions of the final stage of child birth. Usually I stay in bed with a heating bad & bottle of Advil, tethered by the cord of my heating pad. I tried one of these pads on the first day ofmm my period, and was blown away by how well it worked...generated heat exactly like my heating pad, warmed up quickly, stayed in place with no slipping or falling off, and best of all, stayed hot for hours! I could work a full 8 hour shift and just 1 of these pads would keep me comfortable for the whole day. I must say, these things are worth their weight in gold, making me a definite future customer!

Effective!
Works great in relieving menstrual pain. Does not burn or feels too hot on skin too. It just feels very comfortable and is in a perfect size for my lower belly.

Thermacare Menstrual Pain
I got these just in time for my monthly. To say I was excited to try these is an understatement. I get very bad cramps my first day sometimes my second day of my monthly too. I slapped one on my first night with cramps and I passed out hard from these relaxing my cramps. I didn't keep waking up through the night either from painful cramps. The patch completely relaxed from the heat. I give these a huge thumbs up 5 out of 5 for sure.

Works so well!
The first few days of my period are awful and I'm always finding myself laying down using a heating pad and it can get in the way of my daily work and activities so I was excited to be able to come across these heat pads that I can just adhere to my underwear and go about my day! They heat up quickly and provide good pain relief that lessens the cramps and make it so I have to take less pain medication.

I have used heat patches from another brand earlier which were total disappointment.These thermacare are much more better.It is easy to use these also these are of perfecr size to cover the right area.Although for moderate pain these would work great not sure about severe pain.I am happy there is a product like this that helps me through those stressful days.

Excellent option for cramps
I am sorry for the delay I had to wait to use the product during that time of the month. I am so pleased to say that this is a great option for the relief in monthly cramps. It worked so well, even though I was doubtful. I am almost bed bound at least one day with terrible cramps and this will allow me to go out and about. It’s convenient to pack in your purse too!

Quite nice heat pads

It is comforting so allows you to relax more comfortably. I would not recommend for on the go because the adhesive doesn't hold well and the product may fall off.

So soothing!
After trying many different products throughout the years to try and help my menstrual cramping, these ThermaCare Heat Therapy wraps were by far one of my favorite products to date. These are better than a hot water bottle because it is smaller, lighter, and targets exactly where my pain is. They are so easy to apply. Just remove the paper and put the adhesive side against any underwear. Make sure to not apply this directly to your skin as it gets very warm. The box says it can take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature, but I found relief much quicker. Within 8 minutes, the temperature was perfect. I like how this is meant for menstrual cramping and pain. My only complaint is over time, the adhesive isn't as strong and it does peel off a little bit on the sides. I recommend wearing these wraps when you are laying down or sittingdown. I did try one while working, but like I stated before; it ended up peeling off within 4 hours of use. Works wonders in my opinion!

Thermacare menstrual heat patch
I have intense menstrual pain and am going through pre menopause so I think I may need something that gets a bit hotter, these are mildly hot but I think for someone who just has normal menstrual pain these might be perfect. I actually love the concept of these thermal patches, I adore the size..not too small not too big..I just wish they made a more intense heat for menopausal women..also after wearing the patch for a while after I took it off it left stick residue from the adhesive on the backing..but honestly these are a good concept that just needs a little more work.
