Decent portable heating pack
This was a decent heating disposable heating pad. It got mildly warm, and stayed so for a few hours. However it took awhile to get warm and was never hot enough to my liking. The adhesive design worked well though.

Great pain reliever

Great Product with Great Relief
I have constant back pain and soreness every couple of days. This product did a great job of relieving those aches and pains, and did so for a long period. I applied the patch, and I was able to manage the soreness as I did quite a bit of intense yardwork. It definitely provided relief and allowed me to get more done than I initially anticipated. It stayed in one place, and did the job. I would definitely buy this product again. Totally recommend!!

Pain relief for hours
I was skeptical in using this at first - it wasn't giving me enough "heat" that I would consider it heat therapy. However, I was surprised I didn't feel my back pain while sleeping (or wake up because of it!) after removing the patch. I used it for 8hrs during the day and the patch stayed on even after running a few errands and chores around the house. I would say it works well in targeting lower back pain

Not impressed
I received the BackAid Heat therapy patch from Home Tester club. I was not impressed with them. The product didn't stick and they heat took awhile to start to feel. It says for 16 hours of relief however its 8 ours of wearing and 8 yours of relief after takin it off. Defiantly didn't last 8 hours I have found other brands that have worked better

This works and it's effective!
For me, I was quite impressed with how well this worked and how fast I felt relief for my lower back which always gives me trouble. I loved how easy this was to apply and even more so the size made it perfect for me!

It’s ok
Just tried the heat pad for my back ache and I’m kind of disappointed. Firstly, I thought there would be a little bit more heat from this pouch but there wasn’t much at all. I feel there others out there that do offer better heat from these types of patches. Second, the adhesive side did not stay on as well as I hoped it would have, it fell off after minutes of wearing. Overall it’s a great concept and idea but it just wasn’t for me I guess.

Less pain
Because of the back pain patch my pain has gotten better. After straining muscles in my back from moving furniture I am finally able to function better. I recommend these patches.

Heating Therapy without the Smell
Love the Backaid Heat Therapy Patch. This is a game changer. It took 8 minutes for the patch to heat up. It lasted 7.5 hours!!! I coukd not believe it. Easy to apply and stays on your skin. There is no menthol smell so you can go out in public without worrying that others will smell it. I tried a few things just to see how much you could "push" the patch. I wouldn't recommend doing anything that would cause you to sweat--- it does loosen up a bit. I did move it 3 hours in to my upper shoulders. The adhesive still stuck to my skin (although the corners did come up). It does not stay stuck in "joint" areas----such as your neck or knee. Overall, definitely buying the Backaid Heat Therapy Patch and would highly recommend it.

Heat Therapy Patch by BackAid Super easy to use this product. Remove the plastic wrapper from the product and then peel away the paper. Place the product with the adhesive side on the area of your body that you're looking for relief. The product will then heat up and as such, it will provide some relief to the area.

Great source of relief

Warming patch
Overall not bad. Not as warm as the hand warmer things but it’s ok. Didn’t notice any relief from anything else other than the heat. I thought I read there was pain relief but didn’t notice that.
