Good relief for minor aches
The heat therapy patch I tried was easy to apply and gave myself good relief from minor back aches I was having. I put this patch on after a work day consisting of heavy lifting and it eased my soreness. The patch was easy to open and application was easy on my lower back. The patch did take a little while to get use to and felt like it was going to slide off but never did. After about 30 minutes I noticed some heat radiating from the patch. I left the patch on fro almost 7 hours and upon removal felt good in the treated area. The packaging says up to 16 hours of powerful pain relief. I would agree with that as I felt great going into the next day. The patch was easy to remove and dispose of. Would certainly recommend for a minor ache or pain someone is having from a long day at work.

Worked wonders
Upon receiving my heat therapy patch. I applied and layed down the patch was easy to apply and worked rapidly. I woke up the next day feeling good and no lower back pain.

Not hot at all
It is possible I receved a dud, but the patch was not hot at all. It only lasted an hour or so at barley warm. It did suceed in sticking though.

Works great for my back
I tried out the Backaid heat therapy patch on my lower back. It had been hurting for days. The next day my ache was gone! I had been laying on a heating pad but with this I was able to keep it on and go outside or whatever. I will definitely buy some. It is not uncomfortable wearing it either. I'm sure this would work on my shoulders also. Give it a try. Definitely worked for me!

Big patch
I prefer the smaller patches but this one was stickier than some of the big patches I have bought in the past and it didn't peel off while sleeping. It had a nice heat to it and my back felt better the next day

Great for lower back pain!
For years I have suffered with lower back pain. These both work very well and provide great coverage to my lower back. They're easy to use, don't smell (like some products do), and are easy to clean up. The heat is great for relaxing the muscles. Is highly recommend.

Not what I was expecting
When I receive the BackAid heat therapy patch in the mail, I was excited to try it out. After seeing the quality of the packaging and the patches themselves, I had high hopes for the product. I ended up trying out 2 of the 3 that were in the box and got the same results both times. It was very easy to remove it from it's packaging and to place it on my own lower back. I started off being very pleased with just how quick that it started warming up. Unfortunately for me, things went downhill after that. Over an hour or not testing it out, the patch didn't seem to be any hotter than it was 10-15 minutes after applying it. I wasn't expecting it to be at least 3-4 times hotter than it was. There were even points of time that I forgot that I was even wearing the patch. If I wasn't sitting or laying a certain way so that there was decent pressure pushing the patch against my back, I wouldn't feel the heat at all. I was very disappointed. The results were no better with the 2nd one either.

RELIEF!!
I have to admit that I was very skeptical of this product. I've tried and used competitor products with little to no success. So, I was highly surprised by not only what a large area the patch covered, but also the pure relief I felt. There are three in the box and they last 16 hrs, which is wonderful. It was very easy to apply to my lower back (yes, I had help from my husband).

Let’s Heat it Up!
This works so much better than I was anticipating! It says really warm for several hours, it helped to loosen my tight muscles and it didn’t even feel like I was wearing anything. This is a total win! I love it!

Nice patch
This is a good pain relief patch. It compares well the the big make brands. It was not over powering and did what it was supposed to. I used it for some shoulder pain and it did provide relief.

Back pain relief
I received the Backaid Heat Therapy Patch when I was having a lot of low back and hip pain. I applied the patch and within a few minutes felt the warming. It stayed at a very warm but comfortable temperature for a long time. It helped relieve my discomfort, was easy to use, and very convenient.

Soothing Relief
I have had bad lower back pain so this Backaid therapy patch was something I was immediately excited to try. I can say it definitely soothed the soreness & seemed to loosen the tightness & make it possible to gain some more mobility. The only problem was with it sticking, it may have provided longer relief if it has stayed on. Unfortunately parts would start peeling & moving so I ended up pulling the whole thing off. Even if I tried reapplying it didnt want to stick too good. I went through the whole box of 3 in no time. It never stayed 16 hours on my back but still continued to feel better after using.
